I had a telephone interview at 1pm on the 16th, I waited about 20 minutes and then messaged them to see if it was still going ahead, I had a message back with no apology, just letting me know the lady who was interviewing me was stuck on another call, apparently she’d left me a voicemail which she didn’t, and said she’d call back. Slightly annoying as I arranged childcare for this call. I asked them to call back at 4:30pm that day and they confirmed they would. 4:30pm came around and no call..again I had arranged childcare for this call, I messaged them back a bit later asking if it was still going ahead but no message back. I then got a call over an hour later but I missed the call and no voicemail was left and had no follow up message the next day to apologise, very unprofessional and disappointing…

: Needing help for my father who has Alzheimer’s, dementia and Parkinson’s, I was recommended Ebor Home Care. I am constantly impressed with their services and care. My fathers needs have developed over time and any concerns I have had I feel able to just message them and they understand and help with the situation. The daily care he gets always has a personal touch and they contact me with anything I need to know. I can totally recommend anyone thinking of using their services and thank them for the care they give to my dad when I can’t be there.

After some questionable experiences with previous carers,Ebor Carers have been an absolute breath of fresh air.With the continued support of their friendly carers I am slowly regaining my self confidence and have made so much positive progress.

This care company really is amazing!

Unfortunately my grandad was with a previous care company that failed him. I was on the look for a new care team and i was recommended Ebor Home Care and Iam so greatful for that.

Ebor Home Care have taken my grandad in to their loving arms and treat my grandad as if he was their grandad. The passion speaks louder than anything. My grandad is taken great care of and everything they do they go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble.

I honestly would recommend this care company to everyone that needs it.

I haven’t been with Ebor that long but I love the friendly, caring and supportive aspects of the whole company. All the carers I have met are lovely and the management is always checking to see if I’m ok and happy! All in all a very lovely company x

I have been with Ebor Home Care since last October after a former company closed overnight, leaving me in the lurch! Without hesitation, Paula did her best to accommodate me & she came through with an excellent team of carers behind her. The whole team always give exceptional care, nothing is too much trouble for them & we always have a good laugh which is important to me. Cheers guys, keep up the good work!

Last year I was left in an unenviable situation of the complete closure overnight of the caring company I was then using with no other help in place.
I was recommended to contact Paula at Ebor Home Care & despite being a weekend she came immediately. A care package was set up & paper work completed & I have never looked back since.
The Company is excellently run with Paula at the helm & carers that are extremely dedicated, love their work, kind , nothing is ever too much trouble & never leave you feeling down & with smile on your face. The office staff too make a point of getting to know you as they too as well as Paula do home caring duties to ensure your original home care package hasn't changed & needs amending.Wish I had found this company earlier.
It's a fantastic, 1st class, & exceptional company with a wonderful staff & cannot recommend them all enough.

I would highly recommend ebor home care services to anyone who is looking for help with care at home. Paula and her team are exceptional. The care they give to their clients is first class. We had carers coming in four times a day. They all go above and beyond. I cannot praise them enough and thank them for the fantastic care they gave to Mum and also the help they gave me. It was always the same carers and they are all so kind and it shows just how much they loved their job. I do not believe that there is any other care service that is better than Ebor Home Care, they are absolutely amazing. 5 star!

They have helped me so much to get everything in place for mums care so we can continue her care at home,

I have been with Ebor for almost a year. In that time my health has deteriorated somewhat. I have always felt cared for by the carers and safe.

We reluctantly took the decision to have my Grandfather looked after by a carer, and it was a difficult decision to come to terms with. However, Paula at Ebor was absolutely fantastic, personable, professional and gave us all of the reassurances we needed. We are so glad we contacted Ebor, and couldn't recommend them highly enough. It takes a real stress away from us as a family knowing that our Grandfather is in safe hands.

Paula, Beth and the whole team at Ebor are so wonderful.
Things were progressing very quickly with mum after being diagnosed with a rare neurological condition. Mum's needs were rapidly increasing. Social services put us in touch with Paula who came straight out to see us.
A care package was quickly put into place.
Although mum was hesitant at first, her anxiety was soon settled by Paula and all her carers.
I knew mum was in safe hands as I took a break.
As Mum's needs continue to increase and change Paula and her team are there putting extra calls in place and altogether going much more than the extra mile.
Mum is so happy to see all her carers.
It is a difficult time but we know we now have the right support in place. Moving forwards, as mum deteriorates, she will have the best possible care.
Five star well done to everyone at Ebor home care and thank you for everything you do for mum.

Fantastic company. Looked after my grandma and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. The carers were so polite and patient with her. Would 100% recommend to anyone that requires any sort of home care. 5 stars doesn’t do them justice. Amazing people.
