I had a call from Ebenegate regarding a missed payment I knew nothing about. It turned out this was because of a system error and Charlie, who had phoned me, explained this and what the next steps were clearly. He gave me lots of options to suit my needs and was very empathetic with whether it would affect any of my other bills etc. Although an IVA isn't for everyone, to me it has been a lifesaver and I have been treated with nothing but kindness and compassion by the staff at Ebenegate. Charlie was especially kind and even after I said I should be fine to carry on paying etc, he said if I struggle at all in the next few weeks then I can call them and they'll look through my payments.

I was about to give up trying to get a…
I was about to give up trying to get a copy of my final report, i called Ebenegate to find out what else i could do, but, when i called i spoke to a gentleman called Sheik, he took all my info again, and said he would give it to an IP, he then told me, it could take a few days before they manage to locate my file, i will be honest, i thought, yeah here we go again, as i had been told all this before, BUT Sheik called me back AND sent me an email with my final report attached, for 2 weeks i have been trying to get this sorted, and with in a 5min call to Sheik, he managed to get it all sorted. I am so grateful to him for what he did for me today, i have to give HIM 5 stars for keeping his word and getting it sorted for me, others at Ebenegate can learn from this man, he is a superstar. Thank you Sheik for helping me and doing your job where others had failed.

Great Customer Service
My dealings with this company have always been A+ class service and given the stressful nature scenario in which the business operates, its honestly such a weight off knowing that whenever I need to call, im going to get friendly, and efficient service.
