uno schifo non rispondono neanche alle mail e il prodotto dopo 3 settimane deve ancora arrivare e doveva metterci 3 giorni, sono dei ladri. Ho pagato con paypal ed ho avviato una contestazione

One of the worst company I ever deal with in my whole life,
Took my money but never responde to emails and not dispatch for next day as they took extra charges for next day

Purtroppo per la fretta di acquistare la Micro SD non ho letto le recensione su internet. Ho acquistato su Bellking una scheda di memoria "Micro SD 64GB" ma non ha mai funzionato. Ho inviato una mail per chiedere come fare per la sostituzione, in quanto ancora in garanzia, ma mi è stato detto che non erano responsabili. Ultima volta che comprerò sul sito. Io ci rimetto una micro SD loro ci rimettono futuri acquisti da parte mia.

Bought a tablet, just like everyone else i took a chance. It would not charge up so i returned to them last September...guess what.....not returned back to me as of April 28th. Continuous excuses about holidays staff off etc, i have also paid them the postage for my tablets return by DHL and still nothing but excuses. They have.not replied to any of my emails for about 4 weeks now so it looks like ive learned a hard lesson. Next time i will take reviews into account when buying off the internet. IF IN DOUBT, DO NOT BUY..... TERRIBLE AFTERSALES AND PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW!!!!

After 10 days tablet show a serious mistake. My questions about a return number and adress have been ignored for several times. I never ever going to buy something from a retailer like this. Throwing money out of window will make a person next to you happy....thats better

I would like to warn you before shopping, dishonest company, I bought the phone who stopped working after a month, asked for a replacement or money back, but I received an email with the laconic answer of the website where I find the solution of the problem with the phone, do not buy from them. the company is not honest. lost money and time

they sent me the incorrect tablet for Christmas. When I got in contact it took them a couple of weeks to agree that the tablet was not the one ordered. I was then asked to return the tablet to a Cardiff address ans Ebellking were only willing to pay half the postage.
They received the item on the 19th January 2014, since this time they have come up various excuses such as the Chinese Spring Holiday (2 weeks) to not have been able to contact the office at Cardiff.

I requested a refund a few weeks ago and again three days ago and they have not responded to my email.
I have since found out that a friend of mine also purchased 3 tablets for Christmas and all 3 have developed faults and is also finding it difficult to get a refund.

I will be contacting my solicitor on Monday as well as Trading Standards.

I bought a smart phone from them later in 2013. Although I eventually received the phone but the contents in the box was randomly re-piled and box damaged making it awkward to be presented as a gift. Coincidently my Paypal account was compromised not long after the purchase. Later I contacted them as the batteries cannot hold the power – guess what they ask me to buy a replacement from them!

I purchased 3 tablets and all are faulty, I am currently in conversation via email to find a solution.

So far the solutions have been very unprofessional, ranging from "keep resetting the tablet until it works" to "we will send you a video as its probably a loose ribbon cable".

They are refusing to give me my money back, which to me is illegal as none of the units have worked at all.

I believe in giving everyone a chance so I am patiently waiting for a reply from their representative called Allan.

I bought an Allwinner 9" Tablet from this company in September 2013. They stated they have a UK warehouse but mine arrived direct from China! Right from the start the tablet was difficult to charge up but, as this was my first one I thought it was just a blip and I needed to learn more about it. This has been an ongoing problem as it now appears to be either a faulty power cable (not charging) or a poor connection in the unit itself.. The touch screen only works when it feels like it so, after struggling for three months I contacted the company. NO help whatsoever! All they do is ask the same silly questions over and over again. AVOID!! Lesson learned the hard way. Buy cheap get cheap with no backup.Very disillusioned

I purchased a tablet over a year ago, and it was never great at picking up the internet signal so I have only used as a book reader and the occasional email. It has now stop functioning, luckily I purchased a two year extra guarantee however, I have sent about 15 emails to the company and every one has been ignored. I paid £175 for it in total and now it is totally useless and I will probably never hear from the company again. I have googled the company and noticed many customers have given bad press and comments re non existent after sales service etc.

After many problems and many emails dealing with people who do not speak English and just 'thank you kindly for your feedback' and do not answer the problem my son dropped the tablet and popped the already loose (yep -hmmmm) screen. So I contacted NATPC to discover the tablet is a FAKE and they have been doing this for a while now!!! BEWARE, be VERY AWARE and AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 10” PIPO tablet from EBellking in September, I was a little bit worried because it took almost a week for them to deliver it (The tablet was shipped in from China).

During the week of waiting, I communicated with their sales assistant, who replied me promptly and updated me with when the tablet despatched in China, when it arrived in the UK office and when it despatched from their UK office...

Tablet finally arrived, it is a smart looking tablet, I connected it to the home wifi straight away and I download many apps. I have been using the tablet a couple of months now, it works brilliantly.

I recommend Ebellking, good company, decent products.

I had a seriously ill son in germany and I wanted an android tablet for him at the last minute as a surprise gift.Ebellking gave superb service for me and I got it overnight,it raised his spirits no end and it was worth every penny to me.

The have great products as extrmely competitive prices.They ship promptly and have a an active customer services who respond within 48hours.I love their products and user friendly website.

The site has become for me the opening for easy shopping.My tablet arrived yesterday promptly sent by ebellking and I haven't put it down since. It is a fantasic little gadget for the price. It connected very easily to my wifi at home and I started to download apps from google play straight away with no problems. The graphics are fine and the sound is good maybe not in an ipads league but what do you expect for just over £100. I have connected it to my computer with the lead supplied and transfered books, videos, music and podcasts onto it with no problem. I have also used a HDMI cable to connect it to the tv and watch the iplayer through it.
The main reason I bought this product was to use it as a e-reader with colour. Instead I have found that I have got a lot more for my money with this great little tablet.
