I wanted to return my product because the color didn't match the color in the picture when I place the order. They charge you to ship it back. So either I keep it or I pay to ship it back. In today's world with so much free shipping and and free returns I recommend finding another place to buy your bedding elsewhere.

Lightweight shiny beige comforter
The delivery process was very slow. I had to keep following up to get it moving. The comforter is light weight which we like.
It is about 3-4 inches too short on the sides so I have to make it longer on one side and then the other side is short changed. The bed skirt is medium brown, wish it was dark brown.

They found a bed for me
My old bed was broken by my dog. Yeah, he is quite big... Anyway, I understood that I required a new bed and also I understood that I required a bed which would suit my interior and design. This was the toughest task as the design I ordered was specific enough... I thought that I would never find anything that would suit it, but this company reduced me in this situation. I applied here and describe everything in details, I even provided th staff with the photos of my previous bed and told them that I require something like this...
They fastly chose for me the bed and I bought it right away... Awesome!

Beautiful quilt for the price!!! Shipping was quick and the site is user friendly. The shams are oversized so make sure you have big pillows for them, but they look great on the bed. I don’t care for extra pillows on the bed, but I have to say, the ones that came with the set make it look very nice…the extra pillows will stay 😃

Fantastic service from order to delivery
Ebedding4you offered the lowest price for a quilt I have been looking for. Because they are local-to-my-state company, I took the chance on ordering with them. They will now be the FIRST place I look for bedding and decor! The shipping was amazing- the quilt was to me within two days of the order! The quilt is fantastic! They sent me email updates for every step of the process. I am highly impressed and they have gained a regular customer!

Customer service needs work
Customer service needs work. I tried to cancel my order just hours after placing the order and they said it could not be canceled but I didn't get an email saying it was ready to ship for several more days. Received the item and had to pay 100.00 to ship it back to them!

We drop-ship direct from the manufacturer, once we get their warehouse working on it, we typically cannot stop the process... which is why we offer the 30 minute cancellation window. Again, sorry for the price FedEx charged to ship that bedding - that does seem quite high. We hope you're able to find a set that you're happy with - best wishes.

The color and fabric looked different online. I was quickly and easily given a refund authorization, but I had to pay return shipping which was $58! I will never order from them again.
