I am beyond annoyed. I ordered hair on 4/18, and it is now 4/24. Per their website it says they process orders within 3-5 business day. It has been that I have yet to get an update. So, I canceled the order, again per their website and I've called several times! Where they messed up with me is no response, but I know how to handle situations as such as. Go legal which. It's not about the money it's the principle for me. It looks bad for the business and to customers to not respond at all. But good thing I'm married to a lawyer. I really dislike games. Simple acknowledgement goes a long way. If things are crazy, short staffed, sick, kids whatever, I get that but acknowledge your customers.

We normally process all orders within 3–5 business days as stated on our website, but we have been extremely understaffed recently, which caused the backlog and poor customer communication. There is no excuse for ignoring our customers, and we take full responsibility for this bad experience.
We have respectfully received your cancellation request and will process your full refund immediately. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Overall not happy
At first, when I got the hair, we were all so excited. Then we noticed it was shedding a lot. Also, some pieces could not be used because they were broken. The material you used to connect the thread on most pieces was so large that it hurt and broke hair on the install. Not happy at all. However, we made it work.

I was worried about my order not being received in time but once I reached out to customer service efforts were made above and beyond to get me what I needed even a few days before. This company definitely isn't lacking in the value of customer service, something companies don't value anymore!

I ordered a wig which was not available so I canceled my order March 9th 2026. I was promised a refund within 5 business day. As of today, April 12th I have yet to receive my refund. They kept $106 of my money.
