Not only did the “human” braid hair tangle by day 2 (and yes, I did all the right things to maintain it) & begin to mat shortly thereafter, when I left a review about a week later, they deleted my review twice, so that there would only be positive reviews on their page. They initially replied publicly as if they wanted to rectify it & when I reached out directly…crickets. And then they proceeded to take the review down.

I emailed with an issue with my order on Saturday. Luna responded to my email on Sunday and immediately assisted me. Within 24 hours it was resolved I really didn’t think I would get o response from them until Monday

I purchased Eayon Loose Deep Wave miracle knots 18 inch 2.5 packs. Let’s just say the quality of this hair is superb. There was no strange smell. The bundles were neatly packed. I utilized the slip knot method to put them in my hair. It’s been 2 weeks, I decided to co-wash them. There was minimum to no tangling, no shedding. I highly recommend this hair and plan on purchasing more products from Eayon. Shipping time is true to what’s on the site.

Horrible experience!!! Do not buy from this company. I am about to report them to the consumer department in the US. They sent me hair that had mold and I returned it the same day. They have not returned my money and instead are sending me emails asking for reviews. It’s been over three and half weeks now. Frauds!!!

5-Star Customer Service Experience
I cannot thank Rose enough for her outstanding customer service! I placed my order on 6/13, and the tracking information showed that my package wouldn’t arrive until Friday, 6/19 at 10 PM. Since I had an important hair appointment on Thursday 6/18, I reached out through WhatsApp hoping there might be something that could be done.
To my surprise, Rose responded quickly and was able to expedite my shipment even after it had already left the facility. I honestly didn’t think that was possible! Thanks to her help, my package arrived today; days earlier than expected.
Rose went above and beyond to assist me, and her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help made all the difference. Eayon Hair is lucky to have someone like her on their team. Thank you again, Rose, for making sure I received my order in time. I truly appreciate you!
