Our family has booked with Easy Tours the past two years and both times our experience with them has been nothing short of the best. They continually work hard to create an experience that is tailored to exactly what we desire. They are friendly, understanding, extremely prompt, and are always great with communication, including when we are traveling through foreign countries (not always the easiest task).

More importantly, the reason these trips are so special is because they are based around creating life long memories with my family. Because of that, there is always pressure associated with making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Easy Tours has made my life simple, taking care of the tedious tasks associated with travel, allowing me to enjoy my time with those who matter most. It is for this reason that I trust Easy Tours and book with them for every family vacation.

My family and I recently spent two weeks in Thailand. We used Easy Tours of Thailand (Pierce Haney was our agent) and couldn’t have been happier with the quality of service we received. I am a fairly experienced traveler and have traveled independently extensively in Europe and the Middle East. This time though I just didn’t have the time or feel like the hassle of having to arrange everything myself. At the risk of sounding too much like an advertisement, I can honestly say that Easy Tours did make our vacation “easy”. We spent 3 nights in Bangkok, 5 nights in Chiang Mai (wonderful), and 3 nights in Koh Samui (OK). The private guides we had in Bangkok (Nat) and Chiang Mai (Jun) were great (they are actually Easy Tours employees and not contractors). We did not have a guide in Koh Samui as it’s pretty much just a beach. My teenagers are still talking about the wonderful day they had caring for the elephants at the Pattera Elephant sanctuary north of Chiang Mai. Pierce spent a fair amount of time with me during the planning stages of our trip discussing activity options in each place and figuring out what would make our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) happy. I felt Easy Tours’ prices were reasonable given the level of guidance they provided, the hotels we chose, and the quality of the guides and transportation. We would definitely use Easy Tours of Thailand again.

My 2 daughters and I used Easy Tours last summer (2015) and had a well designed, well orchestrated tour of Thailand. The tour guides used were friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. The itinerary was designed with their knowledge and input. All needs were handled efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation and certainly use their services again if the opportunity arises.

Since 2011, we've had two excellent vacations with Easy Tours, and hope to have more. First trip was to India, second to Vietnam. Easy Tours handled both with particular expertise.

When I book travel, I typically spend 4-5 hours researching hotels.
First, I decide on the country I want to visit. Then, through crowd-sourcing and various searches, I choose my city and city area. Then I switch over to Google Maps satellite view to pick the EXACT LOCATION (considering water quality for relaxing places and proximity to a major loud street for cities). Then, I select "find nearby" and enter "hotels".

I then go to each hotel and look at both their website and trip advisor reviews.

EACH TIME I've done this, Easy Tours has come up with the exact same hotel I've chosen. Save yourself the time and let them do this for you.

And itinerary? Sure! Do you like running from place to place, exhausted, seeing as many things as possible so you can get a selfie? ... then Easy Tours isn't for you. Do you like an immersive experience with a local guide? Then yes, Easy Tours, every time!
