EasyStart was the third relocation agency I interviewed, and Louis, the founder, was the first person to tell me that my challenging list of non-negotiables wasn't impossible. He assigned Rhiannon as my relocation agent, and from our very first conversation, I knew I was in excellent hands.

Rhiannon quickly introduced me to the realities of the Paris rental market and prepared me for what to expect. She is professional, highly organized, detail-oriented, incredibly responsive, and always maintains an upbeat and positive attitude. What truly set her apart, however, was how deeply she listened. She took the time to understand not only my logistical requirements but also the lifestyle and sense of community I was looking for.

Rather than simply searching for available apartments, Rhiannon proposed creative solutions and thoughtfully identified neighborhoods that aligned with both my practical needs and personal preferences. Her expertise, persistence, and insight made what seemed like an overwhelming process feel manageable and exciting.

Most remarkably, the landlord of the very first apartment I toured selected me based on the dossier that Rhiannon helped me create. Just six weeks after our initial conversation, I signed a lease for an apartment that checked every single item on my "must-have" list, including a substantial amount of private outdoor space, something I thought would be nearly impossible to find in Paris. And now, every night, I sit on my terrace watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle. It's a kind of magic I didn't know I needed.

Even after I secured the apartment, Rhiannon continued to provide support by sharing personal recommendations and local insights to help me settle into my new life in Paris.

I cannot recommend Rhiannon highly enough. Her professionalism, dedication, creativity, and genuine care made all the difference in my relocation experience. If you're moving to Paris and want an agent who will truly advocate for you, Rhiannon is exceptional.

Ann at EasyStart made my French long-stay visitor visa process incredibly smooth. Ann guided me through every step - from preparing my cover letter and supporting documents to knowing exactly what the French consulate would expect. She was always responsive and reassuring, even when I had last-minute questions before my appointment. I got my visa approved within a week. Can't recommend her enough - if you're dealing with French immigration, Ann is who you want in your corner.

This far I’m super impressed with basically same day responses to my email (accounting for time zone change). I’ve sent many emails over many months in prepping for my families move and I just had to leave this review because I have not paid a DIME and yet Ann has gone out of her way to respond to my questions. Seriously it’s been no less than 15 emails. I can tell from the responses and timeliness that this is a person and company that really cares.

This far top notch! I’ll review again if needed but I spoke with owner Ann and she is super nice and professional and offered SOLUTIONS to my large family and extend family moving needs.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by EasyStart Relocation. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel it is my duty to warn potential customers about the numerous issues I encountered. I am genuinely perplexed by the fact that they continue to receive favorable reviews, despite the fact that I have friends who have also worked with this company and had a negative experience. However, it is also possible that the owner, Ann Dela Victoria, employs the threat of collaborating with attorneys to intimidate those who request refunds or additional assistance, as I have experienced the same.

From the very beginning, EasyStart failed to hold up their promises. Despite their initial assurances of a seamless and efficient relocation process, I was plagued by delays and unresponsiveness, which lasted for weeks at a time. Their rigid adherence to timely payments was in stark contrast to their relaxed approach to responding to my inquiries and requests, which were occasionally urgent in nature, such as my housing and visa requirements. There were numerous instances in which weeks would pass without any communication or response, resulting in a feeling of frustration and uncertainty.

The lack of professionalism at EasyStart is appalling. I was forced to contact any available numbers or emails I could find, including staff members who often seemed unaware of my situation or unable to locate the owner, Ann. This disorganization and lack of communication are unacceptable for a business that is supposed to facilitate something as critical as relocation and visa application. In the 6 months I worked with them, I dealt with no fewer than 4 different staff members, all of whom were unable to provide me with any real updates or responses until I was able to contact the owner.

When I did manage to reach the owner, Ann, I was met with a litany of excuses. Instead of taking responsibility for the service failures, she frequently brought up her personal life as a reason for the delays and mishaps. While I understand that personal issues can arise, it is unprofessional to let them interfere with business operations and customer service, and so frequently.

Adding insult to injury, EasyStart had the audacity to overcharge for the minimal services they provided. The amount I was charged was exorbitant compared to the simple paperwork they completed. Despite multiple attempts to secure a refund after work being only partially completed, the process was virtually impossible and took multiple emails and texts of back and forth negotiations. They declined to reimburse the entire sum and instead directed me to various team members, and they declined to respond to emails or return phone calls, which served to emphasize their lack of professionalism and integrity.

The responses I received from EasyStart were often agitated and made me feel like a burden for seeking the assistance that was rightfully owed to me. Ann's responses were hostile, and she never answered any text messages or phone calls, instead sending back emails that exaggerated her efforts. This attitude is entirely unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of my needs and their initial commitment to being available and supportive.

In conclusion, EasyStart Relocation is a company that epitomizes unprofessionalism and unreliability. Their failure to deliver on promises, combined with poor communication, excessive charges, and a complete lack of customer support, makes them a business to avoid at all costs, especially in regards to the highly complicated processes of French visas and housing. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere to avoid the stress and disappointment I experienced. I also strongly advise those who have encountered similar difficulties to file a complaint with SignalCosno and report them for the fraudulent services they purport to offer.

Relocation and everything else involved made simple and easy. Honestly could not have done this without the team at EasyStart. Very professional and kind, would definitely recommend them!

I am not a French speaker so they helped me with everything like documentation, best neighbourhoods and of course all the communication with the landlords was done by them! Without their help, I think that it would be very difficult to find an apartment.

I got in contact with Ann & Margarita from Easystart, and they have been so helpfull to me when i was looking for an apartment in Paris. There are a lot of people who are trying to scam you, but Easystart is legit, and really good if you dont speak french, and are a foreigner.
I moved from Denmark and it is really hard to find an apartment, but they helped me because i dont speak French, so they did the talking with people and agencies, and i found an apartment.

Easystart helped me to relocate from Copenhagen to Paris without me having to worry about anything. Everything was real quick and the staff were very friendly and responsive. I really recommend this to everyone who is relocating and especially the ones who wantd to move for professional reasons as you can avail this service for free.
