I would never recommend this bunch of thieves.
I have been using online auctions for many years so very aware of the processes. Easy Live Auctions have an issue with their system whereby I was charged 3 pound for registering to bid. They charged me some 14 or 15 times for auction houses and items was I was not even looking at. When approached, their best answer was my "password was probably hacked and that I should change it".
I have placed the issue in the hands of my bank and to date one refund has been awarded. Several of the auction houses have been contacted directly and most state they have issues with Easy Live Auctions, the main one being Easy Live Auction complete lack of interest and service when things go wrong.
I would strongly suggest anyone receiving charges from Easy Live Auctions, be checked regularly, BUT best suggestion, deal directly with auction houses. They have their name and reputation at heart. Again I think ELA are a bunch of thieves.

I have used Easylive auctions over a number of years for several different auction houses and all seemed well.

However, it was a completely different story when I encountered an issue with an auctions house failing to comply with the terms and conditions and payment. When I highlighted these issues to Easylive, they were not interested at all. I thought it strange that such a well know auction platform had no controls, standards or penalties to deter auctioneers from behaving in such a dreadful and unprofessional manner. I am still struggling to understand why Easylive are not concerned about protecting their reputation by letting contractors devalue their business.

What a shame, but it is clear from the emails I have received that Easylive are not actually bothered in the slightest about the end users experience or holding auction houses to account for their failings when using their platform. Such a shame.

I have no problem with easy live itself.It is the varying cost of packing and shipping.Its quite often fine when the auction house itself does it only one horror story there where they wanted to charge over £500 packing & shipping for one auction granted there were a few lots but most were still in boxes etc.
I have just been charged £250 for packing & shipping of 6 lots which consisted of
Box Of about 20 small fairlings
1 teddy bear
2 x pairs of figurines
I x figurine
and 1 two tier cake plate which all dismantled
bill of goods less than £80 total
BARGAIN
But then £250 shipping by an outside firm ( name given to me by auction house )
No longer profit definite loss for me.
Maybe easy live should vet them.

Very disappointed and like other reviewers looks like I won an item , received the Green light showing auction had ended. Travelled a fair way to collect the item only to be told someone else had won item and picked it up. Not blaming the auction house , this seems to be a recurring problem with Easy Live and you have been advised accordingly that it may happen to you.

Customer service bordering on non-existent. SLOW response to questions, then a difficulty on their part to actually answer the question/problem being put to them. Site bidding VERY hit & miss - as with other reviewers, VERY common to be the highest bidder on a lot, to be then told that you didn't win it....this has happened SEVERAL times in less than a 12 month period - far too often to be anything other than a deliberate system default/glitch. Raised the issue of some auction houses deliberately selling fake and counterfeit goods, or misrepresenting makes/brands; they couldn't care less - Sale of Goods Act not apply to auction sales? What about Fraud?? ...apparently not....

BEWARE!!.. this company will not send items after you pay, the auction will send e-mails saying the item will be sent out and will offer to repay but never will. Its all a con!! Easylive will ignore you if you try to complain they don't care they only want their money..

I was blocked by an Auctioneer after I sussed they were bumping up the bids when there was no real bidder. The Auctioneer Sound Gas in this case put the block and are now not communicating with me. This meant my Easy Live account no longer got auto approvals and no auction house has approved my furture auction participation requests. EasyLive said there was nothing they could do even though its their portAL MANAGING THE BLOCK. i LEFT THEM IMMEDIATELY SINCE MY ACCOUNT WAS USELESS. WHAT A BUNCH OF CHARLATANS!

Easylive are a webhosting service only. They are not at all interested in whether the auction house you deal with is trustworthy. Quite simply they do nothing more and nothing less than act as your online paddle.

Easy to use and covering a wide range of antiques and collectables. The choice for free registration against a pre paid fee is very useful when making more expensive purchases. Secure and straightforward invoicing makes this my go to choice for online bidding

A simple to use online service to access a range of live auctions. Used recently to bid on items at Potter’s Auction Saleroom. Process was simple and Potter’s Auctions were helpful and efficient in invoicing and posting the items. All in all, a positive experience.

Had nothing but good To say .
Have had many a good purchases here . A few not so good . If you’re going to an auction you’re after a bargain . Some you win some you loose . Don’t spend more than you need to .
It pays to see items here so you don’t get disappointed if it not what you thought it was from the picture . Bigger or smaller . Do your home work ! It’s your money .True enough money back if it does not work .no quibbles

If you complain that the items you bought from them do not work or are broken you are met with disgraced arrogance and rudeness.

Then you are asked to return the items and given a refund they then full of tears how their poor dog is busy dying and you think it’s all over!

No they report you to easy live auction for non payment of your last bill!

PSP Auctions at Home Farm Foscote Buckingham MK18 6BT actually lied to Easy Live Auction which may block you or other Auctions may block you from bidding because PSP Auctions lied and instead of saying they blocking you because you dared to complain to them about them selling broken old and faulty items without stating that they are broken!

They don’t answer text messages or emails asking why they lied! So here is a warning, if you do not want to be blocked by PSP Auctions which will affect how you are allowed to buy from other Auction then just simply do not buy from them would be my advice! Stay away!

Never thought even this Auction place would stoop so low, always preaching of such high morals yet in their latest Auction they are now selling a huge number items from a Murderer Nazi SS Officers! Luckily most reputable Auction Houses refuse to sell items of this nature!

Now you know the type of Auction house you are dealing with!

PSP removed the bulk of the Nazi SS Officers items they had on sale! Well done for listening to all the customers who requested the removal of the disgusting Nazi SS items!

They have too many dodgy auction houses on their platform now. They give no protection to the buyer and always back the auction house. So many timed auctions makes them a form of ebay without the buyer's protection.
Deleted my account and I now go directly to the auction houses, that are professional and fair, not chancers running auctions from their spare room

Terrible platform one auction house did not respond to me, and left Google review reflecting that, easy live barred me

When you leave a bid with an auctioneer you expect him/her to get you the best price, as if you had been present in the room bidding yourself and you do not expect to be materially disadvantaged leaving a bid on-line or with the auctioneer directly.

Unfortunately that is very much NOT the case with Wessex Auction Rooms auctioneers via easyliveauction.com - to my cost I have learned that all the things being absolutely equal and ranking pari passu, at Wessex Auction Rooms you pay substantially more if you leave an online bid, than if you bid yourself.

If you must bid for items at this disreputable auction house you absolute must bid for items yourself. If you leave bids with the auctioneer or leave a bid online through easyliveauction.com you may well end up paying substantially more… as I did.

Based on my experience, if someone informed me that the auctioneers at Wessex Auction Rooms were also encouraging shilling and bouncing fictitious bids off the walls, I shouldn’t be the least bit surprised.

Purchases goods from an auctioneer who never sent them. Easy live mentioned by contract is with the auctioneer and not them.

Auctioneer has never responded even after easy live said they could chase up. I'm out money now with my only recourse taking the auctioneer to court

No help from easy live, no protection and they take the cop out line they are a middle man who facilitate the transaction.

the customer service is diabolical after banning me from the site due to no reasons what so ever, they then proceed to tell me my account has some details that match another account who hasn't paid, when I asked about the account details and in what way could this be resolved the reply was they cant talk about the matter or disclose information to me! They end with happy bidding. there are many other bidding sites and I certainly wouldn't recommend this one

I have used the service and really enjoy how many auctions it has opened up for me. I trust the service and using the same platform for different auction houses makes the experience very easy

Great for checking auctions and once you get over the nervousness fairly good for bidding live for faraway places. Overall a great site.
