The ordering and delivery service was fine, all went to plan.
The product quality looks okay. The issue came after installing the fitting, (which isn't the easiest of tasks in a confined area). The fitting didn't switch on.
So had to remove to determine the problem. I discovered the wire from the switch to the lamp was not connected. Not happy having to preform the whole re-assembly again.
Unfortunately little thought is given to the design from an installers aspect.

Frustrating customer service and when the product eventually arrived it was broken. Not worth all the hassle

The delivery was super fast and we’ll packaged.
The only thing that I would change was that I couldn’t search for lights with the same lumens and had to go through each to compare.

Delivered quickly, not fitted yet was I am waiting for the plasterer to finish, b ut the fitting is as described and seems well made.

Although the order took 6 months to complete which i am sure was not Easy Lighting's fault. Everyone we contacted over the time were very helpful and polite, and kept us informed and updated.

Great service, no complaints

Rubbish communication and customer service. Ordered a set of 3 light bulbs in January and only two turned up. I spent weeks and weeks of ME chasing and chasing to find out when the third bulb would turn up - the answer was usually it will be delivered 'next week'. I ended up going to Amazon which was cheaper and arrived the next day. I try to support independent businesses, but with this bunch - what's the point?

We were very pleased with the efficient delivery which was very well packaged, and now matches the 5 light pendant we had already purchased.

Couldn’t have been nicer people to deal with. Love my shades, reasonable price to begin with, then given a discount when they told me there’d be a delay. Glad I waited, they are perfect. Thank you.

Ordered 2 wall lights which took a week longer to come than they should have meaning we needed to delay electrician. When they did come they were slightly chipped. Complained about delay and was told they would come tues/wed. Eventually got through to a nice young man who apologised and confirmed the actual delivery info which was the following Monday, he is the reason they have 2 stars and not 1.
