I had a few quieries on reading the instuctions to install. These were quickly resoved over the 'phone. Such a pleaasure to be able to speak to a person after purchasing on line.
Product is now installed and we are delighted so much so we are now looking to them to supply another fitting.

Fake pricing
Advertised lights at price let me purchase lights at that price emailed later to tell me lights are more expensive.
Lights still advertised at lower price obviously a very underhand sales tactic avoid this company

I can assure you there is nothing underhand done here. Unfortunately, there was a clash with product codes. You will have seen yourself when you selected the product to purchase that there were 2 prices displayed one which had a completely different code to the light you purchased. Was a clear error which you were notified of straight away. I also offered you a discount off the price the lights should be.
I’m sure you will have shopped around for this fitting so surely must have wondered how we had the lights listed so cheaply?!

The only problem with this lamp is that…
The only problem with this lamp is that it is touch sensitive everywhere!
So when you move it or dust it the thing comes on. Really annoying!
It looks good and the range of dimming is excellent though
