Cardboard City
Took a whole day off work to receive a delivery which did not arrive. DHL automatically rescheduled the delivery for the next day however it would be on a day that no one would be able to receive the order, and I was unable to reschedule as the link provided by DHL for a redelivery date and the email link took me to a dead end with no rescheduling options available. sure enough, the courier unfortunately wastes their journey. A few days later, the courier turns up unannounced on a day where fortunately I just so happen to be able to receive the package- The package however is left in front of my house before I can answer the door, and I see the courier making a ‘quick getaway’ and looking nervous. The ‘package’ left behind is a huge and unsealed cardboard ‘wrap’; about the size of my entire my front door containing two frames tucked inside; the frames themselves are only about half the size of this gargantuan amount of cardboard. There was so much loose and dead space inside. It was not a nice experience dragging this rattling excessiveness into my home (equally not as pleasant trying to break this down for recycling). The two sets of frames and acrylic glass I’d ordered were themselves wrapped in corrugated card, not packaged well at all with a huge hole and damage on the corners. There was no packing slip or any other paperwork enclosed which made me nervous. No delivery address sticker/written on any of the packaging either. By this point I’m just so stressed and confused and done with this whole ordeal that I mentally resolve to touch up the damaged corners of the frames myself (thankfully minor).
The ornate-design picture frames themselves do work very nicely, they look expensive from a distance, and feel cheap during the handling and framing process (im okay with this, but do feel they’re a little on the pricy side for what they are). The repeating frame patterns of both don’t match up entirely at the corners, but this is understandable and part of the nature of ordering to very specific sizes. It’s just a heads up to anyone considering getting a repeating pattern frame design who may be bothered by this

The frames should have been packed inside a sealed outer box with the delivery address clearly attached, so from your description it sounds like something clearly went wrong after the parcel left us.
I’m also sorry about the frustration caused by the DHL delivery attempts and the difficulty rescheduling — taking a day off work and then dealing with that level of confusion is understandably frustrating.
I’m pleased to hear the frames themselves are working well for you. However, if you would like to send us a few photos of the minor damage you mentioned, we would be more than happy to take a look.

A great experience, from start to finish.
The Easyframe website allows you to upload and store images of paintings, have them printed (I didn't),
choose a frame, place the order and have it delivered.
I ordered on a Wednesday and received delivery the following Monday. Generous quantity discount (I ordered 14 float frames). Loyalty points. Free delivery over £50. Very helpful customer service.
The quality of workmanship, especially noting the clean and tight mitre joints and the quality of the wood was excellent.
Also included were the D rings, screws and string for hanging, plus Velcro discs for mounting the canvasses in the frame.
All packed up very securely in recyclable material and no plastic.
I'll be back. Very impressed. Many thanks.

Good quality frames at a great price
Good quality frames and a great price, too. The dimensions are absolutely spot-on, to the millimetre. The order was fulfilled extremely quickly and arrived in perfect order, due in no small part to the excellent, protective packaging. I definitely recommend Easyframe and will be using them again.

I ordered 3 bespoke mount boards and a sheet of plexiglass. Both were high quality and cheaper than other companies. In addition they arrived 2 days after ordering. They also gave me a discount for my first order and a discount for multi-buy for the mount boards.

Custom size mount
I ordered a custom size mount for a picture. When it arrived it had been damaged by the delivery firm. I immediately contacted Easyframe sending a picture of the damage and received a reply within an hour and confirmation that they had set up for a replacement which I received with no problems. Both parcels had been packaged very well but the first one had been bent even though Easyframe had placed a large sticker on it says do not bend or crush. Overall the service I received was fantastic and the quality of goods ordered was excellent. I will definitely use Easyframe again

Perfect inset frames for special oil painting
Fantastic company- easy to navigate, lots of helpful information so you know what to choose and very good quality product. I was given two lovely oil paintings on thin canvas boards and had no idea how to frame them but wanted something to make them look special. It only took me a few minutes on the EasyFrame website to find something I liked and that I was sure would be right for the style of painting. Perfect results and very happy with how they look.
