Easy to enquire on line. The communication from the administration team was clear and the appointment date & time made directly with the Assessor. The Assessor was efficient and effective, the EPC available a short time after the visit. Excellent service.

Quick and easy EPC arrangement
It was extremely simple dealing with the company. They were knowledgeable and efficient in organising the appointment as well as sending through the certificate.

Good overall communication
Good overall communication, however, the sound engineer was confirmed by you to arrive at 10.30am (after you had changed the agreed time already) The engineer then turned up at 8.00am which caused problems with arrangements already made with our tennant and neighbours. Finally I did have to repeatedly send the same information to Easy EPC, but generally the company did come across as helpful.

I’ve taken the time to look into this so that I can understand better what happened, and I can see that the arrival time was updated a second time, though we failed to inform you of this new, earlier, arrival slot. I can only apologise for this and the inconvenience caused, and I would like to reassure you that I have passed on this information along with the feedback about communication to our managers who will be doing some training with the team to ensure something like this does not happen again.

AVOID. SCAMMERS WITH OVERINFLATED FEES!
Do not use this nationwide company who charge overinflated fees for a simple EPC. The cost of £112 plus VAT compared to a local assessor at £75 total. I had a report with recommendations to be carried out, which I did, including upgrade of electric storage heaters, economy 7 dual immersion heater and extra layers of loft insulation . A second assessment was carried out and the rating came back the same! F. When I discussed this with Easy EPC I was told the assessment was not tailored specific to my property and was computer generated by some software! If I required a specific assessment I would need to pay an extra £80 for a MEES report. I challenged what had I paid for with the £112 plus VAT if not for an assessment on MY property?? I was told there would then be a further fee, after the work recommended had been carried out, for the issuing of an EPC certificate. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Exploiting owners wishing to rent out their properties with fee upon fee, for what is a basic walk around assessment. Avoid like the plague and go to a local EPC assessor.

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding your EPC rating and our pricing, so we have taken the time to investigate your situation.
We take complaints seriously, and our Director has looked into this himself. He has found that you have not installed the heaters suggested in the report, meaning that you have not followed the recommendations, which is why the rating for your EPC has not improved.
Our team takes pride in our work and we’re not a scam company - my colleagues have tried to resolve this issue with you via multiple forms of communication, though we have not had a response to our last email and our most recent phone call this morning was ended early by yourself.
We are sympathetic to your situation and are offering a free MEES Consultation report to help you understand what changes need to be made in order to improve the EPC rating of your property.
Our MEES Consultancy is a standalone service, to do this we use the raw data from the site visit and run every possible scenario to find the most suitable and cost effective improvements that are guaranteed to improve the rating of your property, and compile this into a comprehensive, yet easy to follow report, and we are then available to answer any questions about should you need. This requires significant additional processing of the data and creation of the report, so we do charge for this as a separate service. However on this occasion as a gesture of good will we are offering this service to you for free.
In relation to our EPC pricing, while we do our best to and often succeed in being the most competitively priced, we do know that sometimes you may find a cheaper quote. We stand with our pricing which reflects our high standard of customer service and the quality of the reports we produce. It’s also vital to us to ensure that our assessors and staff are paid fairly while still providing great prices for our customers. We are a nationwide company though we work with both directly employed in-house assessors and entrusted contracted assessors in all areas. We work hard to foster great working relationships with all of our assessors, many of which we have worked together with for 10+ years.
