You were instructed for 5 days, in this time we completed your aml reports and searches in record time. The care forms were then sent to you. Most firms this would of taken at least 3 weeks to complete.
You have then decided to write 3 reviews on our trust pilot using different alias, you have also charged back the searches fee and kept the search reports, which we will be lodging a claim with the small claims court.
As you can see from our numerous reviews, we take pride in helping clients navigate the difficulties of conveyancing, by providing a transparent and cost affective service.

Communication has been poor. The seller's solicitors sent them everything they needed including a draft contract a week ago. They pocketed a £300 none refundable fee and ignored any correspondence sent to them, they've raised no queries and haven't given an estimated time to do so. They don't have a complaints team which seems unprofessional. Xyz law is not on the Nationwide panel.
"The welcome pack will be sent to you within 48 hours of instructing as we need to run your Anti money Laundering checks first.
Contained in the welcome pack you will find the logins for the online portal, clients care forms and your conveyancer details."
That was 96 hours ago. Technically I still don't have my conveyancer details despite my mortgage application being sent.

The excellent allocated firm XYZ law ARE on the panel for Nationwide, we confirmed as much with providing you the panel number.
No one has poacketed your upfront fee paid, the fees paid was used for your searches and aml reports which were ordered on instruction and provided to you as proof.
We can see that you are now spamming out trust pilot account with false reviews, we will be taking this further.

Communication has been poor. The seller's solicitors sent them everything they needed including a draft contract a week ago. They pocketed a £300 none refundable fee and ignored any correspondence sent to them, they've raised no queries and haven't given an estimated time to do so. They don't have a complaints team which seems unprofessional. Xyz law is not on the Nationwide panel.

Edit: easy choice flagged this as illegal harassment. Tl;Dr - trying to take credit for receiving a draft contract is ridiculous. It was received the day after I had my offer accepted. Just onboard within a week and acknowledge the solicitors/estate agents correspondence. Completely unprofessional to conduct searches prior to onboarding or any communication with seller.

Not on our lenders panel
Not on our lenders panel. Was confirm in the quotation, email and initial phone call that they were, only to find out about a week later from the solicitor that they aren't on the lenders panel. Money refunded, however much time wasted. Not recommended for first time buyers. Disappointed with the service.

Easy Choice Conveyancing appointed a useless firm of solicitors who have now been closed by the SRA. Although completion on my flat purchase took place in April 2023, I was not notified until January 2024 that the SRA had intervened and the solicitors had not finalised the purchase transfer with the Land Registry. ECC advise me that it is my responsibility to appoint another solicitor (and pay more costs) to get my flat finally registered in my name.

Any cost associated can be claimed back via the Sra compensation fund, you will not be out of pocket for this.
