Very good service , and kept in touch with delivery times .
Good value all round

We were kitting out a new shower room. Chris was very helpful in helping us choose the right bits and pieces to match our needs.
Delivery was on time. The bits we chose have turned out to be excellent quality.

I had high hopes ordering from Easy Bathrooms — delivery was quick, and the product range seemed solid. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor product advice and a lack of practical support when things went wrong.

I had clearly specified the need for a left-hand waste outlet on the toilet pan when ordering. Despite this, the product recommended and supplied didn’t meet that requirement. The flexible waste connector included didn’t fit through the pan’s rear access gap and wasn’t long enough to connect properly — meaning the toilet couldn’t sit flush to the wall.

What’s more frustrating is that the website itself stated the toilet had a “side” outlet, which reinforced my expectation that it would be suitable (and the fact I asked the Bath branch to recommend products that fit this criteria). My installer had to spend extra time sourcing alternative parts and creating a workaround, resulting in additional labour, call-out costs, and materials — all of which could have been avoided with accurate guidance.

A replacement toilet was offered eventually, but by that point it was too late to be helpful. I was also charged for a click clack basin waste, even though the tap already included one — another avoidable oversight.

The local branch (Bath) were initially polite and responsive on the phone, but I am having to chase for confirmation of refunds for the unusable parts and contribution towards additional costs.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unnecessarily expensive — and I would have expected a better level of product knowledge and accurate advise from the company that does this day in day out.

Disappointing overall — I’d recommend others double-check all product specs and installation requirements directly before placing an order.
