paid second time for a 3 months subscription .claimed they never got.my payment when i followed their link for payment and it has come out of my bank account. messaged several times on my whatsapp now fhey are ignoring my messages when trying to resolve this matter.trying to get my money back from the bank. be careful when they send you bank payment links as they will claim they never receive payment

Save yourself some time and find a better provider . Do not buy Frome these cowboys . I bought 12 months and only got like 3 months from them the app won't update and can't even watch nothing . They said it will automatically update and give me more than 3 months but nothing . Tried to get InTouch with them but no response.

I signed up for two devices. Only one works. Customer services uncontactable since the money was sent.

Service would stop working after I subscribed for 12 months. initially they got back to me but next time it happened I sent a LOT of messages to their Whatsapp line and they have ignored all of them.
Do NOT use this service, it's terrible and you'll probably not even get to use it for most of your subscription.
