A difficult doctors office to get a hold of on the phone, there staff are nice. The doctor’s in this office are more concerned with making money per patient and ask to only have one issue. Thats not how a doctor works. They have a Oath to do no harm but also to their patients but some doctors here don’t have the Best listening skills and Bedside manner. Sure they will hear what you have to say but comes off cold and your just another number to them. DON’T GO Here They don’t care, not very Professional. This Place is a JOKE!! Where they goto medical school for clowns!!.

The Office staff is polite and helpful and Dr Ahmed Hussan will get all the 5 stars of my review for his professionalism and approach - Top Doctor in my opinion.

After arriving at 9:00 for a 9:15 appointment, I sat there until 11:00 watching people who came in the door after me be called in and seen. After I complained and got an attitude from the front desk, I was finally seen by a, in my opinion, Narcissistic doctor who ignored my request for help since I am deaf. The nurse tried to interpret for me and he would not let her. He violated my ADA rights. I ended up leaving without any care.

Brought my son here tonight for severe vomiting and stomach pains.
3 hrs later ( we were registered for a room hour and a half ago " to speed up"the process) and I still see the same faces waiting and still waiting on a room
Not a single ambulance has shown up so that is not delaying things.
Ive raised 3 kids and taken care of several others and have never seen a place called an emergency room so very very slow. They have to be understaffed.
one nurse? Or attendant? brought a man in a wheelchair to the bathroom and i ended up helping him back into his chair and pushing him back to the waiting room because no one waited to help him or ever came back while i was there to even ask about him
This is a very sorry state of affairs here
I will definitely drive the extra 10 or so miles to Gwinnett Medical next time
