The Ghost X Evolution we got my Son he Loves for Little League. it has Nice Pop and He says it feels as Good as his Travel Bat he uses.

Easton has always provided top of the line service and products if you ask me. There is not any other provider of fastpitch softball gear I would use. They are top notch!

I ordered a Ghost Bat, it cracked at the 13th month mark. Your company gave me a courtesy replacement bat, as I passed the warranty date. So thank you for that. However, it took me more than a month to get ahold of a live person in your company in Socal. I had to call the Hockey office in Australia to get ahold of a live person who was able to connect me to your Socal office. I had the replacement bat for only 4 months, and cracked. It was only used for one tournament. Either your company sent me a defective bat, or your products are just garbage. Either way, your company denied sending me another replacement. My issue is that the replacement bat should have not craxked after one tournament. So I refused to purchase Easton products here on out, and o have 2 teenage daughters that play softball. Another issue I had was your customer service is horrible. I have all the emails and notes of the conversation we had over this issue. I will not purchase Easton willingly ever again.

Sometimes it hard to get someone on the phone... But once you're able to talk with a person everything goes smoothly

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced on numerous occasions. I’m not going to type every single thing that happened during MULTIPLE phone calls and emails because I don’t have 30 minutes to type it all. If you really want to hear it all call me anytime. Plus after having returned a brand new bat 10 business days ago you still haven’t given me my refund.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have always been overly satisfied with Easton. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue they have fixed it immediately! I’ll be a customer for the next 20 years!

A year ago we ordered through your website and we were very unhappy with the 3.5 weeks it took for the product to show up. This time we ordered and we received the product lightning fast, it arrived within days! We were so happy! Both times we’ve been extremely happy with the products themselves.

Would like to see more comparative videos on the bats and equipment
it makes it easier for some parents to understand their purchases

WORST customer service experience I have encountered in a while. Hold times in excess of 20 minutes (on 3 separate occasions). Today's hold time was 29 minutes. No response from customer service representative. Didn't send me the information that she said she would ... I will surely look elsewhere for my bats in the future.

Great bat only issue was the handle grip has no tape at the top to hold the grip down and it was a little loose at the top where it ends.

Good quality and warranty

I had to utilize customer service to order my daughter’s bat bag and helmet. They were so helpful and patient!
The durability of the bag has been able to withstand being handle by gentlemanly rough brothers. She utilizes every roomy pocket.

Easton has been amazing with customer service and providing warranties on any issues we've had with bats breaking. They sent the new one out very quickly. Great company with great equipment.
