Easton’s website is great! Very easy to navigate and provides the information needed to make an educated decision. Easton makes great bats and have a terrific no-hassle warranty that makes buying a new bat a no-brainer. My 14 year old son has owned probably 7 or 8 Easton bats already. Highly recommend!

My USSSA Ghost bat cracked during the one year warranty. Easton would not pay for the shipping to send back the defective bat I purchased directly from their website. They shipped a new Ghost Double stamp replacement bat not notifying me and the $350 bat was sitting in front of my house all day. The new bat we have only been using for two months since it is winter is now cracked as well. I'm hearing they dont replace the replacement. MAKE A BETTER BAT AND HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Over the past few baseball seasons, we've had a few bats that have become defective for one reason or another. Not only is the process extremely easy and quick to get them replaced, but the customer service reps I have spoken with EACH time are so incredibly friendly. This past experience was for a bat we've only had a few weeks, but Sheila couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and understanding during our conversations and she not only took care of the replacement... she even got us an upgrade at no additional charge.
Along with their great quality, Easton's customer service is a huge reason they've has been around since I was a kid, and why we wouldn't hesitate in the future to buy another Easton bat.

used to be a huge easton fan but after all the trouble i had with the easton ghost x for both of my sons i have not trusted easton with my money highly disappointed with the quality and the customer service 1 bat was recalled and the other bat cracked and returned just for the replacement to crack and for easton to say sorry we cant do any thing for you

I have bought thing from Easton. I have not had any problems returning anything. My daughter currently has the Gold ghost, The dual stamped Ghost we got that one due to having to return the blue ghost(return turn around was quick, had the dual stamp with in a week and half) She hit her first over the fence this past week with the dual stamp. And we just added the ghost advance to our the collection. She has not hit with it yet. We will see soon how she likes it.

Quality product bought the JR last year and son loved it so went with the Sr size this year. Snug true to size and after taking a couple balls off the helmet “parent approved” .
