This is by far my prized exercise/wellness/traction yoga wheel equipment rolled into one. A game-changer! Very versatile knowing that I have a lot of yoga poses to do with wellness and body traction in mind. I also like that it’s a natural cork material with sturdy wheel frame and has a non-slip feet included.

I could not ask for a more better yoga wheel exercise equipment. Kudos to sir Gary the founder and inventor of this smart machine. The Yoback is a great piece of equipment for helping align your back, and for pre-workout and post work out stretching. The base part is it is modular as well, unlike other rings for support and stretching you can actually take all or part of this with you wherever you go. So you can get a stretch in the office, for the back, calves and legs no matter where you are, truly portable. One of the best bits of kit you can have for all your workout needs or home stretches after an intense workout. A must-have in my case. Great to come up with such a amazing modular design

I love the YoBack! It's a great little gadget that can be used in so many ways. It's light, compact and comes in a stylish carrier bag, which means it's perfect for travelling.
I took it on my climbing adventures this summer, and the supported backbends came as an absolute treat for my tight shoulders.

Love it. I felt so comfortable using it during my pregnancy. It was safe for all yoga and pilates exercices, and now I am enjoying it during the postpartum time. It strengthens my muscles and helps me to bring back some balance.

Excellent lightweight product that is convenient to take on the go. The fact that it can be assembled quickly means it's useful for traveling or office use. Good for back and posture support. A really well designed and sturdy product with many functions.

This is a well made and well thought out product. Its easy to use and multifunctional. I particularly like to use one section at work on my back when sitting at an office chair as I have a tendency to slouch. The other two sections can be used for your calves at the same time. Also very good for back and neck stretches when laying down. Would recommend.

I'm really happy I found this. It's made really well, with a nice texture but also strong.
I got it because of my terrible posture when I work from home. I was getting back pain from slouching.
Well, I used the YoBack and it sorted my posture. No constant shifting around. I don't get back pain any more because my posture is more upright and this product supports my spine.
Then I moved onto the low planks :) and that was good.
Lastly, I put the three bits into the circle for an all back stretch at the end of a long day. It takes some moving around to find the right spot and then aaaaaah.

So really happy. It's a good product.

I love my YoBack so far. I’ve taking to using it by separating the pieces and leaning against them on my sofa, it helps to keep me in a consistent and comfortable position when I record YouTube videos

My back always seems to be stiff in the morning but by using 2 segments placed side by side on the floor and then lying on them has helped my back loosen up. You can use it for other exercises as well. I use it to stretch my calf muscles and strengthen my knees. There is a useful ebook which comes with exercises.

Really great product. Has helped massively with my lower back pain, with just a short bit of use every day. And I can take it anywhere with me!

Being retired, I read for long periods of time, I find one section of the wheel behind my back, gives me a better posture, and relieves my backache. I also use two pieces to do light squats, to improve muscle tone in my legs. As it is a very sturdy product, I feel confident in using it this way.

I received my Yoback a few months ago and have been using it every day since. It's great for stretching my upper back when used as the full wheel.
I've found it really helpful in keeping good posture when sitting at my desk by placing one of the Yofeet between my back and office chair. I naturally slouch over which causes neck/shoulder pain but this helps prevent that. Also really like the feet for stretching my calves.
Extremely versatile product and would highly recommend it.

I use the yo back at work to help me maintain proper posture when sitting at my desk. It also comes in handy for under my desk for my feet. I have recently had some pain in my shoulders and neck and it has a supportive structure for me to work these areas in a small space.

I have used it mainly in its three separate compartments but I am looking forward to getting a full stretch in its full assembly.

It is build solidly and well, and I appreciate the sustainable touches with the hemp bag and cork covering. I recommend this for its functionality as well as its ease to pack up and travel around with.

Ex infantry medic who lives an active lifestyle and constantly plagued with back pain due to compression overuse. I mainly use it to decompress my spine after a workout and before sleeping. Back pain has decreased mainly around my SI joints and lower back. I like the fact that it’s sturdy enough for meathead like me who tends to be careless with stuff I own.

This thing comes in handy after long days at my desk. I mainly use it to decompress my lower back. Setting two pieces side by side and laying on them for a while does wonders to relieve lower back aches. Using one piece alone seems to give a bit of a deeper stretch/decompression feeling. This along with hanging from a pull-up bar for shoulder health has helped me get rid of random aches and niggles that have persistently floated around my body for years.
