Took a chance on the company’s performance of ‘as you like it’ at Ally Pally, and so glad I did. This totally exceeded my expectations. The acting was incredible, the production imaginative, and the whole vibe just really fun and entertaining. And being able to attend live theatre, outdoors, on a lovely Summer’s Evenjng was just perfect. Will defo make the effort to check out the company in their spiritual home (even if it does mean crossing the river!). Can’t recommend enough!!

We were in town from America and we saw the production of DNA. It was amazing. Top-rate acting. Great production and directing.

A fantastic theatre company! The production of the play DNA was a delight to watch. With top class actors and brilliant direction, the play was entertaining and thought-provoking from beginning to end. Worth every penny and I will definitely be going to any future productions! Highly recommend.

I recently went to see DNA by this company and it was incredible! The way it was directed was professional and every detail was very obviously thought about carefully. The acting was incredible and I wouldn't change a thing, not to mention the tickets were a very reasonable price. A massive well done to everyone involved! I will definitely be going to any future performances by this theatre company!

Unfortunately I was disappointed. I expected better acting, better production and overall better quality performance. Some monologues were painfully long and boring, and the show felt like a school play. Definitely isn't worth the money, sorry...

A brilliant performance of DNA with a very talented group of young actors. Having read this with my child when they were studying it for GCSE, I wish this performance had been available to us as it brought the characters to life and gave such energy to the story which is hard to capture when you read as a play. Will look out for more from East London Theatre.

I thoroughly enjoyed DNA. It was both amusing and very moving - as well as relevant to issues of today. The young cast put their heart and soul into the performance, and they are to be congratulated. Good luck for the future.

Moving yet funny. Well acted and directed making a very entertaining evening.

Such an enjoyable and professional production. Each Actor was tremendous at making you understand and empathise with their character, even if they were not nice characters! Great comic delivery, but quite dark and heartfelt too. A thoroughly enjoyable evening - thank you!

The acting was excellent from start to finish and the relationships between the different characters came out very strongly. This play certainly helped my daughter who is studying the text for GCSE.

Fantastic production East 15 actors were fabulous. Characters were believable comic lines well delivered and darker moments were well played . Stand out performances by Cathy and Brian smaller roles but very believable characters. Truly intrigued by depth and menacing nature Cathy was able to portray with very few lines.
