I'd just returned from holiday and I had a totally blocked ear which spoilt my time away. I couldn't hear out of it at all, had a lot of pressure in my ear and very bad tinnitus. I needed an appointment asap. I looked online and found the Ear Clinic at Sunderland Doxford Park and was lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day. I met Ria the practitioner, she was very professional and caring. Within 40 minutes my ears were sorted. I would highly recommend this service.

First time going for earwax removal. Great experience and finally I can hear a lot better.

I took my 14 year old daughter to see Ravi as she needed both ears micro suctioned. She was nervous and struggles around people she doesn’t know. Ravi made her feel very calm and explained everything to her. The relief in her face once the ear wax was removed was a picture! I would highly recommend Ravi to anyone looking to have this done.

Very fast and effective, Abdul made sure I was calm and not to worry about anything as this was my first time doing the ear suction I was quite nervous and he made sure he was gentle and fast with the cleaning. When made the appt he was polite and friendly with all information I needed got me in fast as my ear was irratating me . My ear was really hurting. It was Saturday and I was due to go to the playoff final on Sunday and thought I was destined to endure my ear pain and discomfort throughout the final and weekend. I phoned up on the off chance someone could help and was surprised to find they not only worked on the Saturday but Rahi who spoke to me on the phone said he would accommodate helping me out of working hours if it meant he could fix my ear for the final. As it happens both my ears were really bad requiring additional time to fix which Rahi was more than happy to do. I cannot recommend Rahi highly enough! It's so refreshing when someone not only does what you expect but goes over and above alongside being friendly and helpful. Rahi also mentioned how he provides the same service for elderly and vulnerable people. Rahi is absolutely providing a great service for the community. Thank you again Rahi! It's a shame Southend didn't win promotion but maybe next year!

Procedure was fully explained before during and after treatment. I didn’t realise how much my hearing had deteriorated until I heard the birds singing outside the clinic!!! No more headaches either, can’t thank Abdul enough, would highly recommend him.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical at first. But as my hearing had deteriorated so much. I had to do something. I was welcomed and made too feel at ease. Had both ears cleared. It took a while but it was worth the time.

Absolutely Fantastic Service. I called Earwax Cleaning on a Sunday morning and within 2 hours my ear problem was sorted out and cleared. Very Reasonably priced and no call out fee either. I will definitely use this company again.

Highly recommended. Abdul was professional and reassuring and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. It took about 25 minutes in total. So pleased to be able to hear properly again.

I was completely deaf for a week until I went to Abdul. He took seven minutes to unblock my ears, he showed me videos as he was doing it and explained every step.
The procedure was completely painless, and at the end of it , I could hear again!!

I would say microsuction is so much better than syringing. Really quick, efficient and the man was freindly, I would go again when I need to and recommend others do the same.
