Having always booked our holidays ourselves Julie was recommended by friends. Family commitments meant less time for holiday research, booking excursions, booking flight seats etc. Julie is outstanding, nothing is ever a trouble, she’s always ahead of what needs updating, replies almost immediately to any enquiries and it’s lovely dealing with an Agent who actually cares that you have the best experience possible. We now use Julie for all our holidays needs, we barely lift a finger, just trust Julie and she never lets you down. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The addition of sustainability and care for our environment adds to an outstanding service.

As someone who is used to organising holidays and trips themselves, whilst juggling running a business and other life 'stuff' it felt good to pass the work to Julie.
As a recovering control freak, who would normally double - and treble - check I had booked the right things/completed the correct info multiple times for hotels, airlines, passports etc, I don't mind admitting it was a tad alien at first; especially when I have a Husband who adds to my control issues by repeatedly asking me for info about dates, what excursions we'll be doing while we're then, flight times etc.
I needn't have worried, as Julie had us covered. She is like a swan gliding across the water, everything in order, processes smooth.
It was also great to know that the sustainability element of our trip was also given attention. That's important to us. However, trying to figure out the most eco and responsible tourism options can be a head ache - not with Julie!
Upon return from our holiday - which we thoroughly enjoyed - I reflected again on how much smoother and hassle-free the experience had been.
We've got another trip in September that Julie has already organised for us. I'm not sure I'll ever revert to being my own 'travel agent' again. I thought it was something I used to enjoy. Turns out it was researching where to go that I enjoy, not the admin and red tape that comes with it. Julie can take care of that from now on.

Julie is exceptional in her role as travel advisor. Although I am a frequent cruiser I prefer to book via Julie as we feel really looked after. Any questions or queries regarding our booking are answered quickly. Most recently we cruised as a family of 10 in 3 cabins and the whole experience from start to finish was seamless. I have introduced lots of family and friends to Earthwise Travel too! Like many we are trying to look after our planet and receiving our documents for holiday electronically helps with sustainability. Keep up the good work Julie and thank you!

From my first contact with Earthwise Travel, right until after I got home, every aspect of my UK break was taken care of. There was nothing for me to do or worry about, except my packing. As a pensioner, it was such a relief to have the pressure of arranging the holiday taken off my hands. The service was exemplary and Julie went above and beyond.

Julie is absolutely fantastic from start to finish, nothing is too much hassle for her and she was on hand to answer any questions....and I asked a lot! She took care of absolutely everything and also sent us a gift of a Guide to Bulgaria as we hadn't been before. Would 100% recommend for all your holiday needs.
