I wear my Earthrunners all year round! And the tshirts are fantastic!

their customer service is not good I spent over £60 and they did not help to resolve any of the issues I had and only after 3 emails back and forth they stopped replying and now I'm left with things I can not use and no guidance or videos or explaining on how to.

would never order from them again they don't deserve the custom

amazing shoes, i’ve had barefoot sandals for years but these are the first one that are wide enough in the toe and toe box for my feet to do what they want. these are my new favorite shoes!

The earth runners are my go to sandal now. Living in Florida, we are warm enough to wear sandals almost every day of the year. I have donated or put up for sale almost all of my other sandals now because they do not feel as good as my earth runners do. The insides of my feet have even straightened out. Both pinky toes were laying sideways and are now starting to turn to their correct position! Very happy with my purchases. Thank you.

Good backyard beaters at best. Trail running is difficult, stopping every 100 or so meters to remove rocks and debris is annoying.... the problem is the price for what you get. I got flea market Huarachis with similar lacing for 25$ that were more comfortable. That earthing thing... sure... not great value

I love the T-shirt, it fits well but I wish it was made from organic natural fibres or recycled synthetic materials

Years ago, I bought a pair of those silly five fingers barefoot shoes. I didn't know any better and took them for a few training runs. No surprise, I quickly became a very injured trail runner. I set the five fingers and the idea of going "barefoot" aside permanently, but will never forget the freedom of walking and running as close to barefoot as I could get. Fast forward 15 years and Earth Runners were calling to me. I live in a place with only rocky dirt roads and trails and I wanted to feel the earth, but the ground here is unforgiving. I have been taking it slow in my new Alpha's, wearing them for little walks here and there, slowly incorporating them into my hikes and life outdoors. The Alphas have the perfect amount of cushion—just enough to protect my feet from the harshness of so many rocks, while still experiencing the freedom of walking without restraint. The sensitivity between the toe straps surprised me at first, but ended up being such a gift because it prevented me from doing too much too soon and getting injured. Now, about a month in, I'm wearing them around town, on my morning and evening walks on dirt roads, and even on the first pitches of my trail hiking. It's difficult to describe exactly how or why, but my feet love them. Maybe it's the grounding properties, maybe it's the natural foot positioning, perhaps it's the breezy open air on my toes. Whatever it is about these sandals, I love them and am looking forward to working up to long alpine hikes in the high country!

Customer service is a nightmare ordered wrong size and the one I got had some damage. I want a different style and no can get back to me to let me know what to do since the exchange won’t let me change the style I have emailed multiple times and no can answer me back with what to do other than giving me new laces that doesn’t fix my size problem or me wanting the atlas style instead of the alphas so aggravating would not recommend if you are unsure in sizing because this has been a nightmare of a place to deal with people seem really incompetent on answering any kind of questions it’s ridiculous

I was so excited about Earth Runners. I’d debated buying some for over a year. I finally decided to spend the $100, something I rarely do just for me. I printed out their templates and tried hard to order the right size. They seemed maybe a little too small when they came so I emailed customer service with pictures to ask their opinion, like they say to do, and the girl told me she’d go a size down, not up. With that confusing advice I figured maybe I did have the right size so I went on a walk outside. My big toe hung off the top inside edge just enough to be super annoying. I like the feel of the soles and the look of the straps and I think I could have really loved them but when I tried to ask for an exchange for lightly used shoes, since I relied on their advice to keep the size I had, they refused over and over to give me anything. They wouldn't even give me the 65% they talk about in their return policy for lightly-used sandals. I am very disappointed. If you do buy these shoes, make absolutely sure you have the right size before wearing them at all or you’ll be stuck with unwearable $100 shoes.

These sandals caused me extreme pain and I would not recommend this business to anyone after my interactions with their customer service department. Shortly after ordering a "re" pair, I was diagnosed with a painful medical condition due to previous chronic injuries to my left ankle. I had issues with the sandals immediately. The anchor points of the sandal straps are EXTREMELY narrow, so your foot is right on top of them- which caused me horrendous pain due to my medical condition. I could not wear them more than 10 steps. You are basically walking on top of knots of rope, and I was literally told to just "push through it" despite the extreme pain being caused (due to my injury/nerve damage). When I told them I could do no such thing without extreme pain- they basically said doesn't matter you can't return "re" pairs. The most frustrating part was them never admitting that you're right, these sandals probably wouldn't work for someone with your condition. They care more about keeping your money than the design/ integrity of their products- even if they cause you actual physical pain!! Trying to come to some kind of fair solution with this company was nearly as painful and just showed me what a heartless and greedy company this is. If you're interested in barefoot footwear of any kind- BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have several barefoot shoes I am completely comfortable with, despite my condition and I am grateful for their products (love you, Vivo!!)

The sandals seem nice, actually, but the customer service is terrible. They sent me the wrong size (a 7, whereas I payed for a size 11, that info was in the bill inside the box for the warehouse people to check). We exchanged a lot of emails, because they did not understand that they’ve sent the wrong size, and they insist to me that I have to send back the sandals from Canada to California. When I asked for a shipping label to return them, because I would not pay for the shipping because of their mistake, there were no more answers. Beware of shopping directly from them, because their customer service is absolutely useless and they seem to have zero quality control at their warehouse. Now, I have to throw away a new pair of sandals, because they are incapable of sending the good size or to answer adequately to a customer service issue.

I really wanted to like these especially after spending $180 but they are the worst. I now have severe plantar fasciitis and am in so much pain it's costing me a fortune for treatment and other better shoes. I used to walk barefoot at the beach every day with no issues so thought after reading the rave reviews on these sandals that they would be perfect for me. But they are definitely not right for everyone!! Very disappointed

Very very poor customer service, not looking out for the customer. Sizing was not accurate to the templates listed online, even though I checked about 5 different templates before ordering. My heel keeps overhanging over the back of the sandals even when I strap them on super tight and no blood can get to my feet.

Contacted customer service, return policy outside US not covered by them. Issues with parcel deliveries from EU to US currently as I paid a fortune to return them back to US and the postal courier returned back to me and they said "we can't send to US at the moment due to these issues".

Contacted customer service, there response pretty much... "Try again" 🤣

Postage to return costs me a fortune already, now I have to try again twice With no idea if it will get retuned to me again...

I helped them promote their products to customers under an affiliate marketing program to receive commission from Earthrunners, however my $800 commission was never paid. They disabled my account without any explanation, when I emailed them to ask why, they were silent. This is unprofessional and unethical business practice.

I bought a pair of sandals, that was supposed to be grounding with the earth. Had this electric gadget and did a test with them, they did not work perfectly, so I told their support. So they sent me a new pair for free! Actually haven't checked if the new ones works, because I moved to a new location and have been busy, but I have been using them all summer and I truly love them. No socks in summer and can even run with them. Had to give a positive review.

BUYERS BEWARE - These are extremely cheap products - basically, plastic soles with rope attached, that slip off when you attempt to walk. Completely unusable if you plan on actually moving with them on.

Of course, I returned them as soon as they arrived - in brand new condition - but was aghast to learn that they only would refund 80% of my purchase price. They retain the original shipping cost while then charging you an additional fee for shipping it back and then an ADDITIONAL FEE on top of that! In their words, the extra fee is for the "privilege" of letting you return their defective product.

It would not have stung as much had the product not been completely unusable. For a shoe product, they are asking their customers to take a major leap of faith prior to purchasing, given their unforgiving return policy.

*I'm guessing they implemented this policy due to so many people returning their sandals because they simply do not stay on your feet.*

Given their return policy and poor customer service, as well as the general cheapness of the product, AVOID BUYING!

I ordered the toe spacers and they came with no instructions. I emailed the company and they only responded with a link to their site. Not helpful at all. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a pair of Earth Runners about 2 years ago and have only worn them during the summer months and just for walking about (no hiking or running). At first they were great - super comfortable and felt solid. However recently the strap on one of them broke. I reached out to Earth Runners to explain that they were faulty and asked if they were covered with a warranty. At first I got friendly, quick replies asking to send photos, which I did. But once I sent the images they ghosted. Sent a follow up email and nothing. It’s a shame because I thought they were a decent company and would have purchased the shoes again in future but probably won’t now due to the unhelpful customer service and low quality of the shoes, which are pretty expensive to replace.

Not good customer service. After waking my earth runners for a couple weeks a recommended by the website a several reviews, I could NOT get over the overwhelming pain and thought it could be the flattest sole they offered so I attempted to exchange for something I could actually wear. After filling out the paperwork and sending the shoes back with the intention of exchanging I was contacted by customer service weeks later. First they cited a 35% restocking fee (the website says 20%) for an exchange and the telling me they were “ heavily used” even though I only had them for a couple of weeks following the instructions given for breaking them in. The policy states verbatim: “if the footwear shows signs of wear preventing us from re-selling as new, we may charge a 20% restocking fee”

This was not honored by the company and only offered me a discount on purchasing ANOTHER pair. Now I am stuck with an extremely uncomfortable pair of expensive sandals I will never wear from a company that doesn’t honor their own policy. Avoid at all costs!

I loved my sandals and found them very comfortable. All the videos show people wearing them in the water. Well I did and unfortunately they stunk from the water. Wet or dry they gave off a sour smell. I washed them and as soon as they got wet again they smelled. I have never had an issue like this and I don’t have foot odour. Unfortunately I had to throw away a very expensive pair of sandals.
