I’ve used for the last three years and it’s been great. literally 6 months ago, I would have nothing but praise for earnr. Last month I paid for my account for 23/24. I had an issue with the app, and reached out to their CS teams for guidance multiple times no messages. I even messaged the owner, ENZO, and got ignored.

I also submitted my tax return with them, and 29 days later, it’s still stood there. No action done by Earnr. I’ve asked for a refund from Apple directly.

Don’t waste your time with Earnr, I sang praise about Earnr to my audience and friendship group, and it feel likes they’ve lost what made them who they were.

Always helpful and very prompt with replies and tax submissions to HMRC. Happy to continue with them for another year due to the consistently excellent service received!

I have used Earnr for my Tax Return for 2 years now. The App is great and very easy to use, just download and key in all the relevant information required. My Tax Return was sent to HMRC within 3 days. The staff are friendly and efficient, also helpful in terms of a quick response to any query. I would recommend this service.

Great app for filling and meeting my tax deadlines. 10/10 will personally recommend.

Only issue is the increment in the filling fees

Overall very easy to use but it seems to stop updating transactions frequently and I have had some issues with retreiving data and accessing support.

I love Earnr - it's so easy and uncomplicated for someone like me who is less than keen on the accounts side of business! Using Earnr helps to keep me organised, I can do everything on my phone, don't need to have bits of paper everywhere and Enzo has given me loads of great tips and advice about what I need to do.

I am so relieved that I've got this service in my arsenal so I can focus on doing the stuff I like most - making and selling my products. And very proud of myself that I've already submitted my tax return and there will be no panicking come January! Whoo hoo!

There were a few issues with obtaining a UTR through the app. But there was excellent communication throughout and the issue was dealt with satisfactory.

A genuinely really helpful app. I have a small design business and this app takes all the stress out of the tax side of things. It’s hooked to my NatWest app so I can track all my payments. Then when the years up I add my P60, fill in a few small bits of info and it sorts all the HMRC side of things for me! Been using it for the past 2 years and had no issues.

I obviously left it until the last few hours on deadline day to do my tax return (thanks adhd) but a few minutes with Earnr and it was completed and then an hour or so later had been submitted to HMRC by Enzo. I was also pleased to find out I may be owed a tax refund.

They were really helpful and replied to my queries quickly. I was very impressed will definitely be using Earnr again.

Earnr is a great little app if you are terrified of doing your own accounts (like I am) Basically it’s an app with real people on the other side who talk to you and give you advice if you mess up (like I do) they take the stress out of doing your tax return and help it make sense. It’s great if you want to prepare for future tax returns too as you sync up your bank account and as you spend you can highlight if its part of your business or not. I would totally recommend this app to anyone who has a taxed income but also does other things where extra income comes in and the tax you pay isn't as straightforward. This app will sort it out and put you on track. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.
