Terrible Experience with Online Chat Support
I had a terrible experience with this online store. I inquired about a discount that I was supposed to receive but didn't get. I contacted them through the website's online chat to place an order.
First, I initially scheduled a pickup date quite far in advance but later requested an earlier date through the chat. However, I was told it couldn't be changed as the pickup date had already been specified.
When I inquired about the pickup time, I was simply told that the warehouse would contact me. There was no communication from the warehouse, no contact information provided, so I had to rely on Google Maps to find the warehouse's operating hours and went for pickup on the specified date.
To my surprise, the warehouse was closed, and no one was there. Later, I discovered that the specified date was a regular closing day for the warehouse, and pickup was only possible until 3pm. None of this information was communicated to me.
Despite having completed the payment, it seemed that the warehouse was not informed about the order. Only after making a phone inquiry did they process the order, and I had to wait for two business days to pick up the item again.
I strongly advise against using this store due to the highly unprofessional and careless handling of their online chat support. It was a truly awful experience.
