I don’t really do reviews,, but I’m feeling this guy deserves one,, I’ve a e-go Olympus bike, a very strong built bike I may say. Well I had a error 10 code. I was at my wits end struggling to fix my bike. Glen helped me solve my problem. The guy is a friendly and patient chap who went out of is way to help me. I personally would recommend this company if your looking to purchase an E Bike as they are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Glen.

So I purchased a bike through this company and on the first ride, the tyre inner tube came out of the wheel and off of the rim. I’ve rode many electric bikes and never experienced this, thus I wanted to send it back to them. It has since been a load of trouble organising this and now I’m being told I could be charged a minimum of 10 percent to return a bike that’s not made very well clearly. I will update my review depending on how the return goes. The bike is in perfect condition and was rode only once so let’s see how much they try to charge me for this when all is said and done.

Excellent personal service. Helpful and speedy delivery. Very happy with my E-Go bike the Max +, although it is quite heavy to handle! Great company to deal with and highly recommended.

Great service -Glenn cares about customers (not found customer service as good).

First time of contact a long time ago saddle post lock fell out - Glenn explained I had not fitted properly (he was right) sent replacement FOC,

Now this week battery failing (4 years, Being honest probably not been stored by me great) - went to buy a new one and Glenn stopped me and tried to help me avoid buying one by getting me to do a few checks first - could have so easily said just buy one - customer service first not profit 😀

Anyway I do need one.

He is super quick to come back, super helpful and happy to give advice.

The website in the purchase was very easy. Glenn Russell sent emails of delivery date which was extremely fast and other information.
The only negative thing was using my Visa card I unfortunately also selected the Klarna purchasing method which confused me I put in my card details twice? I am really happy with my purchase.

Great bike & company. I've had the bike for 3yrs & it's required very few repairs/parts but when it has E-Go Bike Co have quickly, professionally sorted me out. They are very fast to respond to emails/phone messages, & fast to order kit if its needed.

In the spirit of honesty I want to explain my experience when purchasing the Lite+ & accessories.

Purchases:
I purchased a Lite+ with puncture proof tyres, a large seat, a bike rack& saddle bag.

Negative comment:
I do wish there were slightly more instructions, i accidentally damaged a nutt thinking it needed to be loosened, as I couldn’t loosen the handle bars. But this damaged caused was my fault.

Positive comments:
I can report I am very happy with everything. I did purchase the extra bits listed above after reading some reviews about the seat being hard and the puncture proof tyres are fairly cheap, so it’s worth the peice of mind. So far I can report the goods are great, the customer service was beyond good, and I am very happy with my purchase.
