Great customer service
Great customer service! Just ordered some Ergon handlebar grips for my MTB but forgot to check 'express post'. Called them up and Dave organised everything for me without any drama. Will definitely be putting these guys at the top of my list for future MTB stuff.

Erroneous Double Order Resolved
Erroneously ordered two Azura saddles. After immediately realising my mistake, I emailed Dyson within ten minutes of posting the second order at "info at Dyson bikes".
After receiving no response, I then the next day emailed a second time, again with no response. A few days later, two saddles were delivered.

EDIT: Earlier today I received a courtesy phone call from owner David explaining what had occurred with my double order, agreeing that my contact/return process had not been resolved from my perspective.
At all times David was polite, and took a lot of time in clarifying his preparedness to accept a post-paid return of one of the helmets and/or a full refund.
Unfortunately, at the time he phoned, I was sorting out another stressful personal situation, so wasn't as receptive to his considerate offer as maybe I should've been.
At any rate, I decided to keep one of the saddles as a spare—as the Azur brand saddles are certainly top quality for a reasonable price.

Great service for bicycle parts at Dyson
Found the parts I needed at Dyson, when no one else had them. They had these parts cheaper than I had found elsewhere and delivered almost overnight.
