The product was everything that I had expected and I'm very pleased with it. A little more communication with me after the order had been received would have been welcome (to have an idea of the length of time before I received it) and I was not expecting it when it arrived - these minor quibbles warrent a 4 rather than a 5.

Did not end up purchasing item as delivery times (4-7 days) was not as stated (Niton XL2 according to DynaGem Team requires several weeks delivery, but no ETA can be provided, nor is this stated anywhere on the DynaGem website). Only reason I am not leaving a fully negative review is due to the swift communication and email responses by DynaGem Team (Communication however was initiated from purchaser side). Overall not a satisfactory service, I ended up purchasing this item from different vendor where there was better communication and clear delivery times.

This product does not have the verification certificate on the box. It also displays it was made in China, this product has no third-party so should not be made in China it was designed and meant to be made in the USA but the product I have was made in china therefore it’s “fake” this product will be examined accordingly and refund due will be given. This company is charging full price for a fake product that probably cast pence to make.

In terms of manufactured in China most things are manufactured in China these days and many of the top companies in the world like Apple manufacture their products in China so their is nothing wrong or inferior about your item. If you have no doubts about your product you can contact the manufacturer who's details and information are included in your package.
