Online info indicated items I selected were IN STOCK.
Based on this I selected UPSRED shipping option which increased the order $ total substantially.
I then get a confirmation from Dwyer indicating "approximate ship date" is two days away from order date.
No point in shipping overnight if overnight is actually 3 days out!

The 16B manual is a little confusing. How do I know what size cut-out goes with what model. The manual has 4 different models but doesn't specify on page 4.
