Still waiting for the new filters for my Sebo vacuum cleaner. Have given upend am going to order from Amazon. I always try to use other companies rather than Amazon but in this case it has proved to be a bad idea

Ordered replacement vacuum bags for my Vacmaster vacuum. What was sent were flimsy bags that could be rated the same quality as brown paper bags from your local greengrocer.
Fist time using one of them the bag split after 20 mins use. The bags are not FSC approved or Vacmaster approved. They are just cheap substitutes left over from old xmas wrapping paper.

Have used this company a couple of times with a small order to test them out, the product seemed satisfactory. So I ordered a larger quantity of replacement bags for a Metabo asr35. Unfortunately using the new batch both bags I have used have split upon use, filling the vacuum with unwanted contaminated dust. This leads to stripping down the vacuum and cleaning fully, costing time and money. I contacted dustbag and gave them a chance to replace/refund showing evidence. I had no reply so thought I would warn others to steer clear. They are cheap for a reason and a waste of money. Won’t use again.

Great company that saves me time and money! I can't believe how much negativity there is about them on Trustpilot! I expect only those who have had issues bother to leave a review, which is unfair and misleading, so I I felt I needed to to restore some balance!

Utter crap. Bought 20 bags for GWD16 and totally wrong size. Tried anyway as was doing my loft and the bags basically leaked debris and cost me a filter.

Ordered some Einhell wet and dry vacuum cleaner bags. The bags don't fit the vacuum correctly despite ordering the correct model number for the bags. My partner contacted Dustbags.co.uk by email and telephone a week ago and has not yet received a reply or answer to telephone.

I ordered from the .ie website. My order was paid for on the 11th of June. It was dispatched on the 14th of August.
On the 18th day of August I received a demand from An Post for customs charges and a processing fee. While I ordered from an Irish website the goods were shipped from the UK. I did not know this when I paid for the goods.
This company is part of the Screwfix organisation. I really hope there aren't tradesmen all over the place that get this type of service.

HI ordered Miele GN vacuum bags from this company. What they supplied was not Miele bags but a poor quality alternative. Advise to any potential customers don't buy from this company

Very easy to find what I was looking for and items arrived by Royal Mail 8 days later. I’m afraid I’m not impressed with Royal Mail deliveries and as I paid for postage I would have preferred the service provided by DPD who are excellent.

I thought I bought 25 litre bags - received bags that can't be more than 5 litres, which took about FOREVER to arrive.

Have been ordering form Dustbag for a number of years. Quick and efficient. However the bags now come with a plastic fitting as opposed to the original cardboard . How mad is that.

They provided an incorrectly fiting filter. We tried to get it replaced but they failed to respond to many of our emails. After months of trying and gettiong nowhere with them, we gave up and threw away the filter and also the vacuum which was no good without it.
Then someone suggested we contact the credit card company, which we did. They refunded us the whole £10, but Dustbag, suddenly able to respond to us, claimed the money back again because after so many months we had thrown this useless item away.

So, if you want to know, the good name of Dustbag is set rather less than £10.

This company sells generic inferior dust bags that are not made by the manufacturers, they do not tell you that prior to selling then sending the product. Customer service seems to be on a 'couldn't care less' basis with the manager / owners not taking the time to return customer's calls. There are better companies out there selling better product more honestly.
