With all the requirements and occasional headaches of starting and completing a remodeling job, this is a headache eliminated. aThe pricing is reasonable and they deliver and pick up on schedule. No issues whatsoever.

Alex always takes good care of us with prompt service. I use Budget Dumpsters all year long and have been using them for at least 4 years. I do not have time to write a review for every service, just know that Alex deserves 5 stars all the time.

The dumpster was supposed to be delivered Friday for a Saturday job. Now the account manager and customer service we need is not in the office until Monday. We will now have a pile of debris on our property for who knows how long because we have no clue when the dumpster will arrive if it even does.

The customer service representative was friendly and professional. In the world we currently live in it is often difficult and disappointing to have a friendly conversation while still conducting business. It was refreshing to deal with nice people in business.

Dumpsters.com provided prompt service and coordinating drop-off and pick-up dates went smoothly. Every time I called, the receiving person was courteous and the communication was clear. The price was reasonable for the size of the dumpster and the customer service.

My first ever dumpster rental - and I anticipated complicated, time intensive booking and delivery... I got the opposite - it was so smooth and efficient. Communications with the company were clear and timely and the driver was even an ace. I'll get my next few dumpsters the same way...

Thier billing is horrible because 20 days after pick of dumpster they charged my card for over weight fees. Thank God I had the money. The email came later. They even tried to get my review removed. They very shady. I have no problem paying the overage fee but 20 days later after the refusal to pickup and delivery driver called city fire department on me. Also no proof of was provided $255 charged to my card. If you need a dumpster, save yourself the headache and pick another company.
