I've been using Duda as my primary website builder for over five years now, and I can confidently recommend it, especially for small business websites. While it may not offer every cutting-edge feature that some larger, more complex competitors do, what it does offer, it handles exceptionally well. We've been using the agency package of Duda for almost 10 years, I love the editor and site options, the AWS hosting. We focus heavily on SEO, so site speeds and health matter - we experience better site metrics to that of WP sites we manage or others. Websites produced using Duda account are more sleek and less clunky, and take us less time to produce, less maintenance over time - thats a win for us and our clients.

Tried to cancel my website hosting several times using their instructions on how to make an account inactive. Then i continue to get charged because of some other setting you ALSO have to turn off even when all accounts are already INACTIVE.

What's working exceptionally well:

Where there's room for improvement:

The blog module handles basic article publishing well, but falls short for clients with complex content strategies. Author archives, advanced tagging systems, and bulk scheduling features are limited, so I end up creating workarounds for anything beyond straightforward blogging. Adding deeper CMS relationships, like linking case studies to team member bios, would open up more sophisticated content architectures.

Customer service experience:

Support has been exemplary every time I've reached out. Quick, knowledgeable responses that actually solve problems rather than deflecting to documentation.

Bottom line:

Duda isn't perfect, but for a solo operator who needs to ship polished, high-performing websites at scale while keeping clients happy post-launch, it's the best balance of speed, control, and client experience I've found. Three years and several redesign cycles later, I'm still choosing Duda for new projects (even my side projects), which says something when you've had enough time to discover every platform quirk and limitation.
