We had great service from Duct Mates
We had great service from Duct Mates. Ryan provided all the information when I initially called including full details of what they would do. Gary arrived right on time and took care with the equipment moving it around the house and answering any questions. Gary was very polite and helpful and fully explained the process. I am very happy with the result.

Very high standard of sevice
Gary and Roshan worked very hard to finish replacing all our ducts. They listened to everything we said and asked, were polite and courteous, respectful eg took shoes off without asking, cleaned up and overall did an amazing job to get the heating back on in one day. Quote was competitive and had all the details as to what would be done.
Ryan was very efficient and timely with quotes and getting back to us on answers to questions.
Gary came back two days after the job was finished to adjust the amount of air coming through 1 vent. No fuss nothing was too hard or difficult.. well done

Fantastic service. When I 'phoned, they understood the problem quickly, made an appointment, arrived when they said they would, and worked quickly to solve the issue. Cheerful, polite, professional and very easy to work with. It is very easy for me to give a full 5 star ranking.
