Easy website, on time delivery!

I recently rebuilt my entire wood shop and in the process tore down my complete dust collection system. After researching new systems, I found myself on the Wood Whisper's web site where I was introduced to the Nordfab system. While it is possible to get a system for less money it IS NOT POSSIBLE to find a better or simpler system. Without question this is simply the BEST DUST COLLECTION system money can buy. If one decides to use this system, I can assure you will not be unhappy

I didn't want to spend the money on this system. I am so glad I did. The pipes fit together great. They stood behind the product when a pipe was shipped bent and sent another one. It works great and has exceeded my expectations. I will convert all I have to this product in the future.

Purchased a round to rectangular transition for an electronic air cleaner. The part was beautifully made and of very high quality. Definitely worth the money. The only reason to take off one star was the shipping. Because this was a large, heavy part it was $100, which is understandable. It was also shipped in a heavy cardboard box, but the flange was not protected with anything and it was bent when I got it. Was able to straighten it out but this would not have happened if a piece of wood had been taped to the flange.

Looked at more economical competing products but this was the best quality and appearance value; and the shipping costs were far lower than even vendors a thousand miles closer.

My order for special hoods and duct fabrication was handled in a professional end expedient manner. Their work was top notch and of great quality. I would have no reservation about recommending them to anyone in the future.

I don't normally do this. Writing a review, good or bad, is not my thing. In fact this is the first time. I decided to break tradition because I think Norfab Ducting goes way out of their way to ensure total customer satisfaction.
I own a small cabinet shop in the North Woods of Wisconsin. I recently upgraded my shop with a new 3hp dust collecting system. I wanted ducting witch would equal the quality I knew I would get from the cyclone dust collector and all my research told me solid wall was the way to go. I have never installed anything remotely like this stuff and, frankly, was quite intimidated by the whole process. Then I met Cody, a ducting specialist with Norfab. After passing a few emails back and forth, Cody had a CAD plan ready for my review. It was much more detailed than I had ever expected and my confidence level increased considerably. From design to delivery Cody was with me every step the way. My requirements meant four distinct changes to my initial design and Cody never faltered, often having the revised drawing in my mail box the next morning.
I also had an opportunity to use customer service after delivery to replace a part that was manufactured incorrectly. The part was remanufactured and sent out to my shop by the end of the week together with some add on pipe. Without my asking, shipping charges were modified so I was only paying for the additions.
The chances of my ever having to use Norfabs' services in the future are very minimal. My intentions are to sing my praise for a company that works for their customer and, obviously, puts their customer first.

Great range of products which are easily found.

Ordered multiple nordfab fittings. Everything arrive promptly, was packed well, and arrived with no damage.

I ordered this ducting system after seeing an install on youtube. My priorities on the ducting were that it would work for a variety of equipment in my shop with different sizes of intakes; that it would handle them at their maximum cfm produced; that it would be changeable or adaptable to different shop layouts in the future; and that it would make dust free connections. In all these areas it succeeded with its quick snap together construction and with the engineering that went into the layout of the pipe. Couldn't be happier. The only possible objection would be the price, but understand, you only get what you pay for.

They were very helpful in the redesigning of our dust collection system. Cody, work with us every step of the way in the process to make sure we ordered the correct parts and the correct quantities. They sent us samples so we could make sure their product was compatible with ours. Their shipping of our orders was quite prompt and well packaged. We were quite pleased with the quality of their product and with the ease on which it could be assembled. The few things that were sent that were incorrect were resent just as promptly. We will be expanding our system this year and will be happy to work with them again.
