As TOURISM license holders with offices in the UK and UAE we have much more control and access to immigration than other agencies just offering services online.

What’s the difference between these agents and applying yourself on the dubai government website

You were clearly informed that your nationality was HIGH RISK and as an ethical company, we advise you that there is a possibility of rejection for your specific nationality prior to accepting your order. The exact message sent to you was:
"We would like to bring to your attention that the rejection rate for Bangladeshi nationality is particularly high. As an ethical company, we always highlight and let applicants know that there could be a chance of failure.
Final decisions always lie with the embassy, and we would like to make you aware that in case of a refusal, a reason will not be given and charges are fully non-refundable"
99% of our cases are successes and this can be seen from our reviews from other high risk nationalities.
British citizen was rejected because you applied for FAMILY visa hence a group VISA. If one member gets rejected then automatically ALL members of the group are rejected.
There is a huge difference between applying on the government website and through an agency as the agency is offering their personal guarantee for you hence increasing your chances of approval as they have someone to go back to should there be any issues.
We are sorry that the result was negative in your case but you were warned prior to taking your order that this could be possible and were happy to proceed. To now leave a negative review would suggest we somehow promised you or guaranteed you a visa which was never the case.
We would appreciate if you kindly update your review as the review is of our service and not the result from UAE immigration.
We wish you the best and hope you consider us again when your nationality returns to being very low risk.

Needed to apply for a UAE visitor visa as a South African citizen living in the UK. Everything was done over WhatsApp which was very convenient. I got my visa the same day. Can definately recommend to anyone who is struggling to find a reliable agency.

Unfortunately there are agencies who you cannot call and cannot speak to but it amazes us how they manage to still get clients.
You have to be very careful in this internet age where anyone can set up a pretty website and run away with your hard earned money.
We are different. We are always available to chat as well as speak over the phone.
We are the main registered agency in UK and UAE meaning we have our own TOURISM license so get to decide who we offer our visas too. Whilst final decisions are always with immigration - just having daily contact allows us to have a little more say than other agencies who are just acting as intermediaries.
In your case, the nationality is considered HIGH RISK hence had to be applied as a FAMILY visa with your UK/EU spouse and as you followed our advise - we had success!!
Not all agencies are the same. Not all agencies are created equal. Not all agencies are Dubaivisas.co.uk :)
