I have been seeing Dr Tatiana and her therapists for over ten years. It is so important to me to be relaxed and trust that the doctor that you choose to see has your best interest at heart. This means that every procedure is discussed thoroughly to make sure that I fully understand the process.
Dr Tatiana and Rishi have perfected the natural look! My face feels refreshed and youthful. I would never go anywhere else.

I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough. I had the new secret RF treatment. Dr Rishi and the whole team were very welcoming. I had my treatment by the fabulous Gabriella, who was very thorough and precise and explained everything in full detail about this new treatment. She’s so skilled and so sweet. I am amazed by the results already! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Dr Rishi for filler. I was undecided about which areas to treat. Dr Rishi assessed my face and provided an honest appraisal on where I would get the greatest benefit from a small amount of filler. We settled on little tweaks to my nose and lips. Dr Rishi talked me through every step of the treatment, it was totally painless and I felt completely at ease. I am beyond delighted with the results! He only added a few drops of filler in my nose, but that was all that was needed to transform the way light bounces off it, it looks far less bulbous, but still looks like my nose. My lips look more symmetrical too. Just a small amount of filler has made such a difference to my facial harmony!

What an amazing clinic… absolute top notch… can not fault one single thing. I saw Dr Rishi.. for Botox and fillers. Felt he really took his time to make me the best version of myself, very talented and skilled Doctor.. had treatment with Gabrielle.. again another fabulous experience.. looking forward to going back.. pretty much feel I could live there getting sorted top to bottom… also got few products.. can’t wait to use the sunscreen!!!!

Liz was my consultant and she was a dream! I didn’t really know what was right for my skin and had pretty much given up on any improvements. Liz patiently explained what could be done and the sort of improvements I could see. She was diligent, professional, patient and just lovely! I had SecretRF and micro needling done and saw the difference pretty quickly. I’m using the Obagi NuDerm skincare program and while the improvement has slowed down my skin is definitely better than it was. I’ve been told I’ll see more difference with more time so I’m looking forward to that! I live in California but plan on visiting Liz at Dr Tatiana’s clinic again in Dec when I return to London.

Have had 3 treatments with the Excel V laser to reduce veins and redness on my face due to rosacea. I have had a very noticeable improvement in my skin and I will aim to continue coming to the clinic to get further top up treatments as and when needed. Liz Sahonta is an excellent practitioner, very friendly, patient and a great listener. I was made to feel very comfortable in every treatment making it very easy to have. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Massi is incredibly professional and the treatment was excellent. I had a vein removed below my eye and he talked me through the whole thing. The staff and premises are of the highest standard and I would definitely go back for future treatments.

I can’t recommend this clinic enough and Dr Rishi! After years of searching, it is one of the only places that is able to successfully treat and tackle skin problems in people with brown and darker skin tones. I’ve had treatments for rosacea at this clinic since 2020 and have seen amazing results with the Excel V laser and Chemical Peels. Dr Rishi was also able to successfully treat deep scars and pigmentation with the Pico laser which was not possible at any other clinic. I’ve also had tattoos removed which has almost completely gone after only two sessions. I’ve now got the perfect skin routine to maintain my results with a combination of the Clinic’s own skin care line and Obagi products. The entire team from reception to those that carry out the treatment are very friendly and knowledgeable.

All so DR Masi cariati, I head seen him 3 times is amazing! I recommend any one that’s like to see the difference!!! Everything about my experience has been positive from the welcoming receptionist to the clinicians themselves. I was confused by the many types of treatments offered but Dr Rishi explained my options honestly and explained the procedures clearly. I've had 3 sessions of RF microneedling I've seen some great results.

Dr. Tatiana is better than the fountain of youth. She not only restores youth, but she also makes you look better than you ever did. My working patterns and hers started to fall apart.. she needed to combine a wonderful work as a doctor and a wonderful work as a mum.. so I was introduced to the wonderful Dr Sepi always ready to go an extra mile for her clients..one day out of curiosity I tried Dr Rishi.. And what a found was perfection on his treatment.. I will recommend for your skin care Dr Tatiana + Dr Rishi clinic because doesn't matter who will treat you.. The best aesthetic clinic I've come across in London.

I have been Dr Rishi's patient for over 3 years now. I used to go to another doctor prior to that to do my botox and lips but came across Dr Tatiana's clinic on Instagram. During my first visit, Dr Rishi suggested how he could improve the shape of my lips (not simply add more filler which is what I initially asked for). That appointment was the beginning of an amazing face transformation for me. I have added other treatments over time as I wanted to combat ageing and change the shape of my face. Dr Rishi has achieved just that and, as people say, I do not look like I've had anything done... I pray he is my doctor forever!

Now, on the more practical side, when I first came across the clinic, I think it was mentioned by one of the influencers I follow. I made an enquiry re: prices expecting something extortionate but I was positively surprised - the prices are fair and reasonable - and, for what is on offer at the clinic, they could get away with charging the 'Harley Street' prices - but they do not do that. The quality of care is incredible. They exercise the 'less is more' approach, so, for example, yesterday, we discussed what I wanted to do and how to get the result I want with fewer treatments. To be clear, I am a 'more is more' person so I would be happy to do more treatments but hard selling is not the policy there. They actually want you to look your best and are very measured and considerate.

I have also been seeing Gabriella for my skin treatments - amazing lady - very good at what she does and super nice to chat to.

Knowing I have an appointment scheduled always puts me in a good mood - I normally come to the clinic on weekends and always look forward to seeing Sara who is an amazing patient coordinator and has become a friend by now!
