Really good service. There was a minor issue with the original product (likely an issue caused in transit). The helpline were swift with their advice and the computer was collected and returned to us within a couple of days and now working perfectly. Communication throughout was excellent. I would certainly recommend them.

We had an issue with the PC itself after a fortnight of owning it. Support was excellent, although it was fortunate my Son is fairly techy so he was happy to try different things as directed on the phone by support (we dealt with Lee who was great). We had different parts sent out on next day delivery until the issue was fixed (it was the SSD). So although it was frustrating that we had an issue with the product to start with, the service to rectify the fault was very good, and no issues since.

Everything was as described and delivered on time. My only concern was that the memory cards (brittle) were dropped into a rather flimsy Jiffy-bag before going into the Post. For me, better packaging, perhaps with the addition of a piece of cardboard, or a more padded bag, would have been a safer way to transport them.

Fast next day delivery, can't believe I managed to get a 3090 system so fast and ready to go out of the box! Amazing service and a fantastic machine!

Great computer. Ordering was simple, fast delivery and easy setup. Looks amazing and is great for gaming. Could not be happier with it. Ordered keyboard and mouse with it.

Have had this PC for a month now. First time it arrived, it broke (because of PSU was not placed properly) and had to be delivered back to the company. When I got it back it has been fine since except it beeps when I turn it on but seems to be fine.

The PC doesn't work that well with out the antennas because it struggles connecting to the wireless internet, so probably make sure they came with the PC if you are thinking of buying.

Make sure you know what you are ordering because on the website is lacking information on some of the parts like: how good some parts actually are, if some parts don't work together very well & to see if you can run the different games you want to play. Probably worth googling the parts you are deciding to get before ordering to make sure you can do what you want to do without the PC holding you back.

The customer service is great. They are good at responding in their working hours and give useful info about the product. I even asked if I could get sent an extra pair of antennas when I misplaced the ones I got with the PC and they were very kind with sending another pair to me. When the PC breaks they are very helpful with getting it sent back to them while also being quick to deliver it back.

Overall, great customer service & a pretty decent PC for the money you pay for it. Just make sure to search up what you are buying first. But besides that they are very trust worthy.
