Pat has helped me to treat my various lower back, legs and feet ailments which have all affected my ability to play golf regularly. We've always formulated a plan together and treatment has included hands-on as well as strength training. As a result, I am now playing two to three times a week. I would highly recommend Pat to get you back on the course if you require any treatment for musculoskeletal issues!

Had a very thorough first session with Pat just a week ago. Perfect set up and the guy really knows his onions!
Have had previous back problems and serially over trained my chest, making a lot of things tight in all the wrong places, so was great to get some pro advice and get a routine in place that will work better for my body and allow me to play more regular golf without fear of old injury flare ups.

Pat provided me with insightful and effective treatment for wrist pain which developed as a beginner golfer. His knowledge of the body as well as his love and understanding of the game most likely explain the treatment's effectiveness. He did this following a video session with my golf pro which involved some minor adjustments to my golf swing and a range of exercises designed to improve strength at the point of impact.

Being a 5-handicap golfer who has been quite performance restricted due to lower back issues (two surgeries in the late 90's), I have tried many different treatments over many years - some effective and others not so!

Pat's assessment of my bio-mechanics immediately identified some neuromuscular irregularities, which were addressed by a focused programme of asymmetrical exercises. After a number of sessions and tweaking of my programme we had finally managed to address these neuromuscular issues and I was able to proceed to bi-lateral exercises which have been the difference between playing pain-free and struggling towards the end of every round. Even when I managed to injure myself (through my own stupidity), Pat's treatments including acupuncture and manipulation were spot on for taking the intense pain out of the hip and glute area and relieving the almost-constant spasms I had been dealing with. I have been amazed by the results I got from simply targeting the right areas with the right exercises at the right intensity.

Now I am swinging freely and playing as well as ever. I have no question about how effective Pat's advice and treatments have been and will be back for regular tune-ups and progressive programmes.
