Always easy to renew never had a problem.I have never had to make a claim on my policy so far so cannot comment on response to a calol out .

Been with the company for 2 years now never had an issue and you get a lot more for your money. I can recommend.

Had to call driver guardian out to the house car electrics were totally dead on car ,wouldn’t start spoke with a very nice lady who organised a recovery arrived within 1hour fortunately it was the battery that had died happened very quickly , asked recovery driver if he had a booster pack fortunately he did and that got car started . I replaced battery and all was well can’t thank dg enough very professional company and quick response top marks

This the first time I have had to use my breakdown cover .My call was answered immediately .The problem was explained and the person arranged for recovery. The vehicle was transported to garage in less than 2 hours .I was kept informed all the time when breakdown company was arriving. The service was 1st class

I've not had to use the service since I joined a few years ago, so I can't really form an opinion. I'm happy with the reduced cost this year though.

I have been using Driver Guardian for several years, I currently have three vehicles with them and probably a fourth one soon. They are easy to get hold of and talk to on the phone. Their breakdown procedure is efficient. They do not try to up sell.
They are good value.

I’ve been with Driver Guardian for many years and I would not change to any other company. I now have three of my family using this company and like me they give it 5 stars.
They offer a superb package at a very reasonable price and provide a range of services for the one price .Other companies would charge you a lot of money for a roadside service only. Highly recommended.

Personally I have not had to use Driver Guardian but my partner who had contacted you when her car wouldn’t start was let down by your call centre not ringing her back to advise on the action taken to help. End result a two hour wait and help from another source to get her home. Apology accepted from your representative hopefully just a one off failure to help! Reports from friends I’ve advised to come to you for cover and the help they’ve received have been very good

We have used driver guardian for a number of years now. We have had to use the call out a couple of times. Both times absolutely superb. Always friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of notice for renewal. Quite simply I cannot fault them!
