Delicious product that I have been drinking for about 2 years. I had an issue with the subscription service and was frustrated because managing the subscription on mobile only allows to pause for 3 months and it will turn back on. When I called I learned that the cancelation can only be done on a desktop. I was also given a lot of really great information about the product and how I can add more sodium (I have low blood pressure and was advised to take something stronger). Overall one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. It sounds like a great company that likes to hear from their customers as they grow and navigate scaling their business. Hoping for their continued success, they make a great product!
