If you're an Irish whiskey lover in the US this place is a godsend. I've made two orders through the site and even with some technical glitches on the second order they still took care of me and it gets here FAST! But if you do live in the US get ready to buy a lot of bottles because getting stuff from over the pond isn't cheap but trust me it's worth it!

Initial service excellent vs After service poor
Had an issue with my order, unfortunately the items delivered weren't what I was expecting. Sent an email on 31st December 2025 the day of delivery to query if I could return my order. I am still awaiting response to my query, so for this reason I wouldn't recommend drinkshero...proficiency for ordering great, after service unacceptable.

Took 12 from order to delivery, even with Xmas that is totally. I've over 20 yrs experience in transport and logistics and understand delays happen, but this was by far the worst experience I've had or witness.Then to top everything off it was delivered to the wrong address.

Have tonic, but NO GIN.
I have NOT received my goods because of problems with customs and maybe could have had a bit more input from the drinks company. Very frustrating trying to find the solution. Will I order from them again, maybe not? Peter.

Customs procedures and charges are unfortunately outside of our control, as they are managed by the authorities in the receiving country. Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, duties and customs checks are now a standard requirement on goods entering from Ireland and the wider EU.
We fully appreciate how inconvenient this can be, and while we cannot influence customs decisions, we’re always here to provide any paperwork or support needed to help get your order released as quickly as possible.
