This coffee is outstanding. This morning was day 4 of drinking this since I received it and I am recommending it to all my family and friends! Drinking this in the morning has helped me sleep at night.

I have only been drinking Neubrain for a little over a week now. I have been drinking RYZE for about 3 years now. NEUBRAIN leaves nothing in bottom of cup. The flavor is better. So now the real test begins as I see how I feel in a month or 2 and later..for now I am liking the NEUBRAIN better.

I go to bed at night thinking I can’t wait to get up in the morning and drink my mushroom coffee. NUEBRAIN mushroom coffee that is. I use vitamin D milk, honey and cinnamon. It tastes so creamy and yummy delicious. Love the benefits that go with it as well. Brain focus, gut health. Give it a try

Not only does it taste amazing, that clears my mind for the day and propels me into a calm, focused day ahead.
Regular coffee was upsetting my stomach and I am so grateful I found this brand. It’s been a game changer for me!

Tried a lot of different mushroom coffees since they came out. Most of which have a really bad taste or do not mix well. Did Ryze for years and got to the point I couldn't take the taste without a flavored creamer. Though I use cold water, I can now mix it with my favorite protein powder. I also feel the difference with increased mental clarity. If your looking for more of a hot cup of coffee tasting beverage, this isn't it. It mixes well and has a great taste.

It has a nice smooth taste. Flavorful. Its not gritty like some other brands. To me the biggest plus is they tell you what is in it. The other brands I have tried don't. I really think this will be the go to mushroom coffee for people who want healthy alternatives.

Neubrain was the third brand I tried. Shipment was prompt and I got a free metal measuring spoon. To me, it didn’t have much of a “coffee” flavor, so I just added it to my regular coffee. It definitely helped with my gut health and l did notice less bloating. I felt more alert too. This company is very proactive with reaching out to its customers and I like that a lot. One gripe I have is that paying a one-time payment costs more. I’m still in the testing phase and don’t want recurring shipments until I’m ready. Seems like all the brands do this though. It’s really annoying.

Neubrain is very watered down coffee. It has very little coffee flavor. I give it 1 star because the website is so confusing and it’s impossible to figure out how to leave a review or cancel a subscription.

I've tried other mushroom coffees and I like Neubrain the best. Gives me great energy and focus and no crash like normal coffee. I highly recommend Neubrain!

I changed from regular coffee to mushroom coffee about 3 years ago, and about a year ago I stumbled across Neubrain. I decided I wanted to give it a try, there was nothing to lose. Since changing I have been so pleased. I can feel my focus arrive each day, and I am glad I made the choice to give it a shot, because now, I feel like I'd be lost without it.

I am very pleased with the taste of Neubrain coffee- this is the 3rd mushroom coffee I have tried and by far the best tasting- most like coffee, no jitters, and energy that lasts!

I wanted to try Neubrain because of the difference from other mushroom coffees. But initially I tried to prepare it the same way I prepared the other mushroom coffees which was with water at 190°. Then I read the directions and used hot tap water added a little milk and it's super delicious. I drink it every morning and have sustained focus and energy for most of the day. I am very happy that I purchased this product. This is the third mushroom coffee that I have tried. Definitely the best!

Very disappointing customer service and return policy experience.

I purchased my first order with enough product to last approximately three months, and I did not knowingly agree to enroll in a subscription or recurring charges. (I always make sure to click ONE TIME ORDER, or NO SUBSCRIPTION.)

Before receiving any additional orders, I even reached out to customer service to confirm that I was not signed up for recurring billing and to check on the status of my order. They responded with shipping information but did not address my question about the subscription. (RED FLAG.)

Fast forward, I noticed a charge for another three months’ worth of product. I immediately contacted customer service requesting cancellation and a refund, but I did not receive a response until after the order had already shipped.(RED FLAG AGAIN!)

After going back and forth with their team, they refused to accept a return..even though the shipment was unopened and could easily be returned.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. The subscription process does not feel transparent, and the lack of timely support left me feeling like I had no opportunity to resolve the issue before being charged and shipped another order.

I strongly encourage this company to reconsider how they handle subscriptions, customer communication, and return requests. Customers deserve a clearer process and better support!!!

Terrible experience with their automatic shipment aspect of their subscription service. The first time I ordered it was for two bags. As I was checking out an offer popped up for a further discount on two more bags. I said OK well why not. Approximately one month later a second shipment of four bags showed up unexpectedly and unannounced at a higher price. I went back-and-forth with customer service, but they would not budge and acted like it was all my fault. Is there any shame that you have a good product and you’re spending time and effort to bring them in the front door when you’re shipping policies piss them off and they leave out the back door.
Fast-forward to about six months later and multiple efforts to cancel the subscription and a couple days ago I get another email saying oh my credit card didn’t process. Well that’s because I changed that credit card. I once again spent time looking at the FAQs on how to cancel and they I found instructions that assured me that I could simply go into the customer portal and there would be a handy-dandy place to pause or cancel the subscription. It does not exist. I wrote a scathing email to customer service and now they’re asking me to provide screenshots as to where I’m having difficulty. The Gaul of these people they just don’t get it. You must have a subscription portal that allows the customer to pause or cancel for any reason. They must feel that they can just ramrod and shove this product out the door charge the credit card and their business is done. Well, it doesn’t work that way pals. I hope everybody sees this and good luck if you wanna change your subscription. Pause or cancel it. I’ve tried many of them and their product was not terrible. It was pretty good. I have switched to Hanit One functional coffee. Check them out and I also hear that cuppa is comparable to Neubrain. Apparently the operators don’t drink their own Kool-Aid if they did, they would smarten up and be more responsive to customers who simply wanted to manage their subscriptions and the normal way of most other subscription products.

I had to find an alternative to coffee due to heartburn. I'm so glad I started neubrain after AI investigating all the options. I've been drinking it every morning for a few weeks. I enjoy the taste and do find my mental clarity upgraded compared to coffee. I plan on being a long time member.

As many others have said, I have tried many other brands. I’ll be honest, for me, the taste is not that great. It’s not bad, but I prefer the bold coffee taste. I actually mix in half a scoop of Cuppa to get that coffee taste. But what sets it apart above all the products I have tried, has been the feeling. I noticeably feel a difference and wake up and get laser focused. It actually does what it says. Give it a shot.

I've tried a bunch of mushroom coffees and this one by far, is the best tasting.I actually feel energy and clear, headed.I will buy again from neubrain

Great coffee flavor not overwhelmed by the mushrooms.
