I had a faulty milk frother and the customer service experience was simply top-noth. They were so responsive and helpful and they replaced my mill frother woth a new one of the same model.

I love my Morning machine and was an early adopter. I have had two issues along the way and both times customer service went above and beyond to make it right. I don’t expect perfection from new technology but I do expect excellent customer service when things go wrong - and I have been very pleased with their responsiveness and support. This last time, customer service helped to replace my missing capsule bin (not their fault!) and created a manual order for me. They also informed me of the shipping charges (which were steep) before confirming. After I received it, they checked in again to make sure it arrived. In the end, the shipping was less expensive than anticipated so they reached back out to let me know I’d be getting a partial refund.

Customer service is helpful and is able to answer my queries promptly. Delivery was fast, ordered on Friday morning and got delivered on Saturday morning. Item was well packed and most importantly, the machine is beautiful and coffee is amazing. Just hope the machine is as durable as my current nespresso machine, which have been with me for more than 8 years and is still working very well.

So far so good. An amazing and stylist machine that fits perfectly between regular Nespresso and home barista coffee. When linked it gives you great custom brewing feature. Had some issues connecting to the Wifi but with their prompt support it was an easy fix. Recommended.

So many great reviews of the stylish £440 Morning Machine online, you could be forgiven for believing it's the best coffee pod machine in the world - it isn't.
It is a very disappointing example of style over substance. Too much fragile tech, not enough quality control.
Despite having only one task to perform (this is a basic black coffee only machine) ours lasted less than a month - before having a processor meltdown and depriving my family of its morning caffeine shot.
Don't waste your money.

I was an early Kickstarter backer for the morning machine, so got my machine at a discounted price compared to normal.

Unfortunately the machines are incredibly unreliable. A bit like an old Ferrari, they look cool, are really desirable, but you just don’t know if they will start in the morning.

My first machine had a problem with the control dial, so they replaced the machine.
Second machine suffered a weird random blockage and no water would get through, so they replaced it.
Third machine had exactly the same blockage problem and went in for a repair. The repair company said they are unable to repair the machine, and have offered me a replacement machine at a discounted price.

When it works, the machine is fantastic, but when you’re paying this kind of money for a coffee machine you expect it to be reliable for years and years, and unfortunately the Morning machine just isn’t.

Bought the machine for simple domestic use 4 months ago. It makes 2-3 cups each morning so nothing heavy. After 2 months a rubber ring fell out and it started leaking. I wrote to them and sent it back, as this should clearly be replaced. 3 weeks in, no machine, no replacement, no refund.

I wish we had stuck with nespresso! Top tip, don’t waste your money as it’s over priced for a shiny piece of junk, and they don’t have effective customer service at all.
