I am glad I tried it!
I have known for many years that stress will trigger cortisol to spike and high levels of cortisol causes weight gain. While researching the components in Harmonia, I saw that many of the ingredients that I've been using separately to help with my stress levels were all included, plus some I'd never heard of. This sold me to want to try it. I have been drinking it daily for about a month at this point and I can honestly say that I've noticed that, lately, I can breathe easier and more deeply and my yawns are more complete whereas, before, I couldn't get a full breath and always felt uncomfortable about that. I have not seen any weight loss yet but I am hopeful that will eventually start to happen. I would recommend Harmonia.

After taking Harmonia for a week
After taking Harmonia for a week, I was sleeping noticeably better. I went from no more than one or two hours at a time to sleeping a solid 4 hours before waking up, and then sleeping another 2 or 3. I was hoping that the benefits would continue to increase, but after 2 weeks, they are the same. I will continue to take it however, because of the obvious benefits so far.
