Very disappointed
I ordered the Dried Boho Bouquet particularly because of the selection of flowers. I thought I'd been sent the wrong order as there were no fluffy pampas grass, no bunny tails and no eucalyptus? It looked nothing like the photo but a small, dull arrangement with only 2 types of flowers, not even the same colours. Enclosed was a greeting card not addressed to me but to another person with love and hugs from no-one I know? I've now emailed Dried Blooms 3 times along with photos of the order I received but not had any reply. I find it astonishing that they haven't replied to me, dreadful customer service. This was my first order with this company and definitely my last. I've given them 4 days to reply but still nothing. They didn't even offer me the option to return the order, probably because I wasn't prepared to pay return postage and why should I.
I definitely do not recommend this company.

We’ve now replied to your email directly and issued a full refund and have sent the correct item.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Wedding blooms look lovely. They reply immediately which is great. Had a little problem but it was sorted immediately, can’t recommend highly enough.

One minor feedback would be to provide an image / reference image to give some scale to their products. Imagery can sometimes feel misleading.
Will definitely shop again for myself and for my loved ones!
