It’s a scam!!! Don’t buy!

Ordered on 11/12 and still have not received the product which is for my grandson for Christmas. An email to customer has gone unanswered. I question the legitimacy of this company. I, too, will most likely have to file a fraudulent charge to get my money back. This company is a joke and a fraud.

I ordered this product on 11/7, and it still has not arrived. Tracking information is useless and the customer service is a joke. I’ve attempted to get a refund 3 times and they say I cannot get a refund until I receive the product and return. I will probably have to submit a fraudulent charge to attempt to get my money back. What a joke.

Ordered two dribble dream basketballs. Took 3.5 weeks to arrive (shipped from China), opened the vacuum sealed package both balls were in and both were misshaped to the point you couldn't dribble either one as they would shoot off in random directions.

There's a reason these are 60% off and it's not because it's a holiday sale.

If you could give zero stars I would. Bought this over 4 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived. Company sends condescending emails about product location and delivery date. I have had to start the process of arguing this fraudulent charge since company won’t refund product cost or provide an exact location or delivery date for product.

Do not order from them! I ordered 12/1 and got an email saying my order was on its way 12/6 but no tracking info. Then I got a generalized email saying shipping would be 18-28 days (original email said 10-18 days). I was so upset bc these are Santa gifts and obviously not arriving by Christmas. I sent about four emails asking when it would arrive with no response finally once I told them I was going to contact my credit card company to cancel the order if I didn’t get a tracking number they sent a tracking number but it did not ship on 12 six when they told me it it did but it shipped the day they sent me the tracking label December 15 , so obviously the initial email I received on December 6 saying it was on its way it was bogus. Terrible company

I wish that I could give zero stars. I am so upset that I did not read the reviews. I was excited to order this for my child. I saw the product on FB (I have since learned to research all FB sites). I ordered in the beginning of November and still have not received the product. When looking at the tracking today, it stated that the product could not be found. I quickly emailed the company, and they emailed me back with the same tracking number saying that the product was in transit. It was a bogus email for sure. Please save yourself the money. I feel as though I am now out $70 and a Christmas present.

I ordered mine before Thanksgiving. Still haven’t received yet, but I keep getting emails from Dribble Dream saying “we hope you’re enjoying your order”. They send numerous generalized emails with no update to my order. Poor customer service, Poor tracking, Poor everything!

About the concept of the product- I’ve bought one in the past (from another company - not sure which one unfortunately- kicking myself for using Dribble Dream), my boys loved it. It works on hardwood and carpet. It’s foam so our dogs damaged it and I was getting replacements. Definitely recommend the product but NOT from Dribble Dream.

I mistakenly ordered one of these and found out that my grandsons already had one and that Dad disposed of it when it did not work as promoted so I canceled the order the same day. When I contacted them they said that “we cannot cancel an order after it has been processed” which is complete garbage. I told them that if they shipped this that they would be out the product as I would refute the purchase with my credit card.

Ordered this ball for my son for Christmas. We received it in a ripped open box, with a return address in Canada. The ball was inside the box with no packing slip, information, nothing with the brand “DribbleDream”. The ball did not look like the posted photo on their website, it’s just a bright orange ball with nothing on it. The foam is crappy and cheap feeling. It doesn’t dribble like a normal ball unless you bend down and dribble low to the ground. After spending almost $50 I contacted them for a refund as their website says 100% money back guarantee. I’ve since been given the runaround. Was offered 50% back, then 65% back in which I replied no your website promises 100% money back. The website also says they will provide a return shipping label, but all I was given was a return address to China(not even the same address on the box it came in) and told they won’t provide a shipping label. Everything on their website is basically a contradiction and it’s clear it’s all just a scam. I found the same ball on Amazon being sold by at least 10 other sellers, probably all shipping from China, and some as cheap as $9. The DribbleDream ball shows it’s “normally” $99 on their website so you think $40 is a great deal. Complete BS. DONT BUY THIS! I wish I could add pictures to this post, but just know the ball advertised on the sale link is not what is sent!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This “ball” is horrible and is not as advertised. The lines faded within days of use. My son has had this thing for all of 5 months and the lines are completely gone and pieces of the “ball” has fallen off. I wish I could attach pictures of how it looks now. It has craters in it because so much of the material has called off. Wiping it with a cloth as stated in the cleaning instructions does it no good!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! This company is a scam. The basketball is not what they advertise it to be. Think about it. Why is it so hard to find reviews on their product? I tried to return the basketball and the price that I was giving was insane. It was over $100 more than what I paid for the basketball. You’ll do better buying a silent basketball on Amazon. I sent an email to the company and no one responded.

Disappointed in product. Product nothing like what they said. ROound thing with lines made by Sharpie marker. I've sent several emails and no response.

Horrible. We were very disappointed in this ball. It was a gift to our grandson and it was merely an expensive nerf ball that did not bounce. We have tried since April to return it, then get a refund to no avail! Lesson learned. Do not order from them. Ever. Again.

I finally after reaching out that I didn’t get my order which was $82 dollars… I got sent two tiny basketball pillows in a gross pre used ripped up and taped up package. Contacted them many more times and they told me to send them back so I said , ok. Then I was told they couldn’t send me a vailed return address. I’m still fighting them but they refuse to give me an address or a phone number to talk to someone.

I have had the worst customer experience with DribbleDream. I ordered 2 basketballs, it took 6 weeks for them to arrive and once they arrived they were both squished and non-usable. It took another 8 weeks to get a replacement and was only sent one of the two replacement basketballs. To top that, the basketballs are mediocre at best. Customer service was not helpful. Do not waste your time purchasing from DribbleDream.

Similar experience here. I ordered two months ago, and the status still shows "shipping from China." I've reached out to their customer service, but they don't even bother responding. It’s a scam.

Ordered ball 6 weeks ago. Only after ordering did I get a message saying that they were not actually in stock but instead would ship from China and would take a few weeks. I requested to cancel the order immediately and they told me that was not possible. We still haven't received the ball. Their customer service is garbage. My son has been asking me for 6 weeks when his new basketball was coming so he wouldn't get in trouble practicing dribbling inside. His basketball season is now over already.

If I could give a zero I would. Horrible package. Doesn’t bounce and is lopsided. Can’t believe they send things out like this. Scam for sure. DO NOT BUY!!!

Packaging is horrible and not presentable. Why they have such a decent website but delivery is horrible and seems like such a scam!!
