Purchased a silent basketball for my nephew for a Christmas present…It said it would come within a month but it never came. I spent 2 months going back-and-forth with some customer service AI Bot trying to correct the issue and they just kept telling me that it was delivered when in fact, I knew it was not. I have cameras outside of my house and there was no footage of anything being delivered. Just to entertain them l, checked with my neighbors and the post office and of course there was no record of it so then when I reached back out, it was the same story: An AI Bot responding with the same generic answers, but doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company! What a scam! Buyer beware!

Would give a negative 5 if possible. THEY sent the wrong product, late and would only give credit if I returned it to CHINA. The cost of shipping was more than the product cost. COMPLETE SCAM.

Ordered a month ago and still haven't received my order. What's worse, its from Wuhan China. just get one off amazon its faster, cheaper and probably better.

What a waste of a purchase. Ordered two around Halloween, got one after Christmas and the other after the New Year. And after all that, its literally orange insulation foam with black lines painted on it. GARBAGE

Just like everyone else, if I could give a 0 I would. Customer service would always reply with it takes time, be patient. Anyway, two months later I got an email confirmation it arrived but what actually arrived was a small plastic bag with four pebbles in it. Reached out to them but haven't heard anything back. Disputed on credit card.

If I could give a 0-star review I surely would. Before addressing the customer service issues, you must know that the ball is AWFUL. How can a kid supposedly practice their dribbling with a ball that does not bounce straight?

Then there are the customer service issues... They do not tell you at any point that the ball is shipped from China, so it took almost a month to get to me. It arrived two weeks AFTER Christmas!

Then as i said above, the product stinks. So I want to return it and get the no questions asked refund they promised. Instead they offered me a 20% refund. So I would have to pay 80% for a product that belongs in the garbage? I guess my kid can practice shooting it into the garbage can since he can't dribble it?

So finally, they tell me that they will gladly give me a full refund, but I have to ship the product back to China to get it. The shipping charges were almost equal to the price of the product!

I feel thoroughly scammed by these people. STAY AWAY!!!!

Same boat as everyone else here this is an absolute scam. We ordered well over a month ago. One of the wrong item came not the item we ordered which we ordered two of and when you reach out, they keep on just saying it takes time they’re not responsive.

I was scammed by this company. 3 months and no product delivery. Buyer beware!

This ball is just what I was looking for! It’s soft, safe, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The material feels durable, and it’s great for indoor play without worrying about breaking anything. A fun and practical purchase that brings a lot of enjoyment. Definitely worth it!

If you want to get these scammers, contact your credit card, you might be lucky to get your money back just like I did. It didn’t take the credit card long to resolve my dispute. I got the ball eventually after almost 2 months but it wasn’t what they advertised, it’s the foam ball that went right to the trash, probably very toxic.

Do not use them. This company is a scam. I ordered two balls and the net back in November and haven’t received them. I’ve been in contact with their customer support for weeks and the same response occurs. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

The ball set came way too late. They want me to send it back to China on my dime then they will issue me a refund.
I have 0%confidence.
It is their own fault. They should say shipping is 8 weeks.
They would have happier customers.

Like others said, absolutely do not buy from this company. I purchased on 11/9/24 as Christmas gifts and my package is still in transit and has not changed since 12/21/24. I’ve reached out several times and (Roselyn, a bot) sends automated responses that provide no information or help. I’m now being refused a refund, even though I’ve been asking for several weeks, since as of yesterday it was too late.

Ordered the product weeks before Thanksgiving. Paid for expedited shipment to ensure it would arrive before Christmas. It is now a January 11th and no order recieved yet... but they did take my money! Reached out several times and get the 'bot' answer telling me it's 'In transit'. Just a scam company, STAY AWAY!!
