I got the dress for hoco and had it altered so that it was tighter across my waist and shorter. I loved it and would definitely recommend and have recommended the website. I got compliments left and right on how I looked like a flower goddess and it meant so much to me. The customer service was wonderful too and it made me happy and at ease to be able to so easily talk to someone about the dress and even get pictures of what the dress looked like. The woman who helped me was named Kim and she was absolutely wonderful she helped me when I thought about having them alter it for me (which I wish I would’ve done now because they offered way cheaper prices than anyone else) she showed me pictures of how the design differed from the pictures and was so kind.(and if you were worried about the mention of me altering the waist earlier it’s because I have a big chest area and it was super easy to get altered so I wouldn’t be worried if you think you may need to do that)

Bloody brilliant company. Ordered a dress for races last year and was thrilled with the time of delivery and the quality. Ordered a different one this year and sadly i have gone up a size so when the dress arrived it didnt fit. No matter, they had my return request organised within a day and the dress is on its way back and already got another on its way back to me. Love the company, love the service and adore the dresses.

Wow what great service! I have a 50s themed Hens Party coming up and as always i left the ordering to the last minute. I emailed Dressific and received a lovely response from Kim, she was really friendly and helped me select the perfect size dress. It arrived very quickly and the dress fitted as Kim had suggested. I love it and can't wait to wear it. The material and the print was better than i expected. Highly recommend! :)

Hi I'm Marie. I'm a Mom in my 40's and my daughter and I were getting very nervous waiting for another company, for a long sleeve black dress to come for her first symphony orchestra performance. Dressrific were fabulous to deal with - they let me know there had been some minor changes to the dress & they organised express delivery to ensure the dress would arrive in time for the event. I used dressific for my vintage floral bridesmaids dresses. I was so happy with the quality, material, colours, and sizing. I couldn't fault the dresses at all! My bridesmaids loved their dresses and will be able to wear them again! Many guests remarked at how well they fitted and suited each of my bridesmaids. Would recommend and use dressific again!

Had a great experience with Dressific! My dress is beautiful and well made. Looks exactly as pictured. The waistline is slightly higher than my own but that is style of the dress. There is also a cute white belt that comes with the dress that adjusts fits very well. Thank you Kim for all of your help in getting my dress to me in time for my event!

Great customer service! The dress came out amazing, but do be warned, SPECIFY HOW LONG YOU WANT THE DRESS!! Mine came out much longer than I thought it would, while I do understand why they made it longer that my proportions, you would probably want to mention how long you want the dress to be if you want the best result.

I was really sceptical buying my prom dress from online, but oh my god, it was so worth it! My prom hasn't happened yet, but the dress is so beautiful! Seems to be good quality and there are some good details.
It did have some clear plastic strings hanging from the seams, but you can't see it unless you look very closely. And it's not like you can't fix it yourself. Definitely worth the money!
Also, as someone who lives in Europe, I was very pleasantly surprised about the fact that the shipping was very fast.

Stuck between a few websites to order my dress, I decided to with Dressific simply because they were Australian and I needed my order within a week and a half.

I wanted a unique dress for my special day, and came across this great store online, and saw a picture of a perfect dress.
For a start, the customer service is amazing through live chat and e-mail. I needed a fix for the dress, and provided my measurements. It was delivered in less than 3 weeks to the U.S and it was perfect! It met all my expectations ... I can't find the words to say thank you for such a wonderful dress!!

The price is so worth it, and the dress is high quality. Truly wonderful unique dress :-)

Such stunning, unique and good quality dresses and a very lovely and cooperative customer service team. It was great to see a team who truly cares about their customers and makes every attempt to provide the best quality they can.

I found dressific by accident, looking for a formal dress with a vintage look. I needed the dress in a hurry and Dressific was able to make it to my measurements without any extra cost and get it to me with plenty of time to spare. They corresponded with me out of office hours and bent over backwards to get the dress to me on time.
Once received it fits like a glove and I'm over the moon with it.
I would recommend Dressific to any of my friends, what a refreshing experience!!

I was more then a little nervous about purchasing my daughter's prom dress over the internet. But she saw the dress online, fell in love with it and explained to me that she would be submitting her measurements so it was like making a custom made dress. What could go wrong ( I thought sarcastically). Well as it turned out NOTHING went wrong. The person to thank is Kim who coordinated this transaction from beginning to end with knowledge, attention to detail and so much commitment that one would think this was her own daughter's prom dress. When the dress arrived it was exactly as promised, well-made and lovely. Because I was nervous about getting it on time, Kim also researched ways to expedite the shipping and had it packed carefully into a smaller box to save me money. I would not hesitate to purchase Dressific again. It was a delightful experience .

Atrocious!!! Items took weeks to arrive. Terrible quality - sizes didn't match measurements. Too many problems to list - highlights were they couldn't refund because dresses were unsaleable because I had opened the plastic wrap they came in and the sizing issue was clearly because I was too fat! Buyer beware!

PS The ACC is unequivocal. Items do not need to be returned in their original packaging. Dressific's return policy clearly contravenes this.

Sales staff very helpful with sizing, dress received was of high quality, we opted for DHL delivery which was extremely prompt in time for function! Thanks Dressific, we'll definitely shop with you again !
