The robot vacuum was great for about a week. Then it started making a lot of not so good noises when cleaning. After going the through the list of things that might be wrong with it over the phone to the Brisbane phone help I was advised to submit a fault record.

4 weeks later, after not hearing anything back from the, I tried to call both the Queensland and Sydney contact lines. No answer. And no return call from the messages I left.

Then I tried the online text help. Useless. I had to keep contacting them to find out what was happening with the lodgement. Only for them to eventually tell me that they could not repair it, and to return it to the purchase location for a refund. When advised that I bought it through their Amazon presence, I was told they would have to check if it could be returned for refund. After waiting for this advice I yet again contacted them, and was advised that as it was an older model (bought brand new just several weeks before), it was not a refundable item.

Useless after sale service. Useless customer service.

Thankfully Amazon was able to do in 5 minutes what it took Dreame over 5 weeks to fail to do.

Bought a h12 vacuum mop was told it had 2 years warranty failed in that time
And dreame told me it was out of warranty and have not responded to any request and ignored a request form the office of fair trading in Queensland

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dreame Australia. I placed an order for a robot vacuum on November 18, 2024, through their official Australian website and have yet to receive the product. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service team, they failed to provide an estimated delivery date or meaningful updates.

After weeks of waiting, I requested a refund, only to be told that I need to wait for the product to be “returned to sender”—even though I never received the product in the first place! This is not only unacceptable but also completely illogical.

Their lack of communication, accountability, and transparency is appalling. My experience aligns with many other negative reviews I’ve seen on platforms like Reddit and Product Review, which reflect widespread dissatisfaction with their poor customer service.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid purchasing from Dreame Australia. I am now escalating this matter to Fair Trading NSW to seek a resolution.

I bought the Dream Mower A1 and it does not work correctly from day 1. It constantly has problems trying to position itself and fails to start mowing. Even after a factory reset, remapping, ensuring all stickers are off the camera - it still doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY.

Also the mower also went on sale before I had even received it, DREAME refused to offer the difference back, so don’t expect good customer service when indeed I made a point of ensuring this wouldn’t happen by speaking with their customer service before I bought it.

Not worth the money, extremely poor build quality and customer care, HA, support don't give a damn about customers, even very simple requests are met with unreasonable requests, like following the machine around on a 3 hour clean to "video" the brush falling off randomly..... The L20 Ultra is ok, but the build quality is absolute junk, mine is 3 days old and drops the spinning brush randomly an y time it wants, just simply falls off mid vacuum. For a $2500 machine, this is simply not good enough. Instead of simply sending me a replacement brush, they expect me to actually follow the machine around for 3 hours and video the brush falling off. They also asked for a video showing the brush being installed with a 'click' which was provided, but changed their minds after sending exactly what they asked for. This machine is supposed to make my life easier, not harder !!!! Think again if you are looking at any Dreame products, some products may be better, but their customer support is absolutely terrible.

complaining to Dreame got the warranty on a week old machine cancelled, they didn't want to do the work obviously but it's there faulty machine
Don't waste your money.

even just as bad the mop pads don't dry properly, it whether oversoaks or under, ot always causes a rotten water smell that spreads across the tiles and now they stink of rotten water

I purchased a T30 stick vacuum on line from Dreame Australia in October 2022 for around $500. In Nov 2023 the carpet head failed to spin then the wheel fell off, so I contacted Dreame via email to see what could be done
After about 10 emails to and from I am still in the same spot. Dreame say the vac is out of warranty, so much for customer service, they require me to return the carpet head and pay a $99 fee to have it looked at, then they will send me an invoice for the cost of repairs.
Now I know a new head can be purchased from China for around $120, so I have asked Dreame for their price on a new head on the
last last 3 emails and the reply I get is to pay the $99 to have the head looked at to see if it needs replacing no price for me to replace it. As part of the M.I. group, I can not believe I have had to put up with playing email ping pong with this company. Stay away from Dreame Vacuum cleaners as there is no after sales service.
